We ordered the chicken salad and a chicken sandwich, and both were nothing short of spectacular. Stopped in here after fishing trip for lunch on June 26th. I ordered two of the days special which was meatball sub. Paid for the order and waited. Was then informed by the cashier who already took my money that they had ran out of meatballs. Apparently this was a failure of internal communication between the kitchen and the cashier. Manager type/Owner individual came in the front door at the time the cashier was trying to rectify/refund my money. He took over the conversation and indicated that they were sorry and that he would refund my money. When asked if he needed my bank card to issue the refund. He stated no. I took his word on it and went about heading to Subway as i know its less likely a real sandwich shop would run out of meatballs. Days later, I returned home to Texas and double checked my bank account to make sure the refund went though. It did not. I was forced to file a claim with my bank who honored it and removed the charge. Certainly couldn't rely on the word of this business owner/manager. Not sure about the food, never got to taste it. Fantastic place to grab a bite toe eat!

For the management i tried to place an order today off of my apple cash back rewards. The first time i tried to place the order it was cancelled and i eventually got through. However when i eventually was able to place my order my extras on the order were not registered. Just a small glitch in the system. You are not the only place that i have had this experience with. I will be contacting apple on this issue as well but i think it is worth mentioning because your system also had a small error in my order. Once again to your employees im sorry that i made yall think that i was tying to steal a bag of chips. Obviously i thought that i had paid for the chips but that was a part of my original order that was taken away along with my avocado on my sandwich.
