I recently visited Little Dragon Cafe for lunch with my fiancé. While the food was tasty and the prices were reasonable, a few aspects of the experience were less enjoyable.

First, the ambiance: although the atmosphere is cozy, we left the cafe with our clothes and hair smelling strongly of fried food, which was quite unpleasant. Better ventilation would make a big difference.

Second, I found their service charge policy problematic. An 18% service charge is automatically added to the bill, but it’s not clearly disclosed beforehand. On top of that, they still ask for additional tips, which feels a bit misleading. Transparency about pricing is important, and this policy left a bad impression.

Overall, while the food is good, these drawbacks made the experience less enjoyable. I’d still highly recommend it, but be prepared for the lingering fried food smell and...

I really want this place to be great. I’m rooting for it and will continue getting takeout from here as they work out the kinks. I’ve eaten here 4 times and while the service for takeout is great, and the ease of online ordering exceptional, the food needs work. So do the wait time estimates for takeout. 30 minute estimate every time but when I arrive at the end of that time window I suspect food has been sitting there for a while and is warm and any breading (sesame chicken, gyoza) has gotten soggy and noodles overcooked. I find that most dishes need more sauce or more flavor. Of the ones I’ve tried this is true for pad Thai, sesame chicken, Mongolian beef, drunken noodle. Prices are fair for the area and with a little tweak to some recipes it will be a place I look forward...

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Called they told me to order by website. Did that and it said food ready in 25 minutes. Went there to pick up and waited 80 minutes!!! Others waiting longer. Total chaos. Bad management. All fixable if manager or owner cares. But they only care to give excuses. I will not list the excuses here. Owner must be horribly incapable. Thousand of websites in the world have auto adjusting to long order completion times when there are too many orders. No excuse is acceptable. I miss old owners (Henrys). I have ordered here twenty times over 10 years. This is my LAST...

I ordered the shrimp and vegetables to go. I got it steamed with sauce on the side. Everything was very fresh and cooked perfectly. The shrimp were not overdone, and the vegetables were not overcooked. The white sauce that comes with this dish is super light but very flavorful. I really enjoyed it. I added miso soup for a dollar, and it had great flavor. The dish has a choice of white rice or plain fried rice at no additional charge. I got the plain fried rice. They even threw in a Rangoon and a mini eggroll. I would highly recommend this place.
