Main St Grill — Restaurant in Edwards

I came to main street grill with my dog to eat at their outdoor seating. A male staff member noticed me approaching and then stood directly in the middle of the entryway with his elbows as wide as possible to block me from entering. When i asked for him to excuse me he made a comment that implied that i was being rude (i forget the exact wording) when literally all he needed to do was lower his elbow or just not intentionally stand in the middle of the entrance. Then as i squeezed passed him ( he never made the slightest effort to make room for me even though there was ample room around him in multiple directions) my dog tripped over a water bowl that had been haphazardly left in the middle of the walkway by another party. And he said to me in a sarcastic and demeaning tone "good job" . Honestly this is the WORST SERVICE i have ever received at any kind of business anywhere. I was deeply SHOCKED and shaken by this event as i have never experienced anything like this before. I like the food but unfortunately i will now have to be taking my business to any of the other similar nearby resturants where the staff dont make a sick game out of physically bullying...

So me and my husband has tried this establishment with excitement but unfortunately left us yah goinggg…. We can make a restaurant and charge for whatever in this valley and call it high quality when the food is so my god the people from the south would be ashamed of . And the chicken fried steak was village inn ok but I’m paying 21 dollars for instant potatoes and steamed veg that Sysco probably given them in an order and they probably just boiled in bag . And my husband got the jumbalya and even notices weird taste of metal which means the tomato sauce has been sitting in the hotel pan or tinfoil pan for a while because tomato is acidic . I as a chef for 14 years hope that I don’t get a review like this but I hope the people of this establishment tries to improve I’m just upset that I wasted hard earned money to be disappointed and over charged . This isn’t a give me my money back but a opportunity to read and maybe reassess ...

Bison burger with onion rings was good. We had a younger server who seemed flustered with the number of tables in her section.

We arrived early but were having 2 friends join us. Only 4 waters (3 in glasses +1 kid cup) were delivered for a table with 4 adults and 1 kid. Once our friends arrived it took 10 minutes for our server to come take our orders and this was after flagging her down. The food came out quickly and was good - delivered by other servers. Our server did check back after 5 minutes after the food had been delivered. I asked for mustard and a refill of water, but was only brought the water. Other servers cleared most...
