I don’t know how today was our first visit, but it definitely won’t be the last. The prepared foods and butchered items are incredible. There is a huge selection of both and in the grocery aisles we found some really good items that are unique. Today we got some sliced brisket, bbq burnt ends, fried chicken and pasta salad. Everything is insanely delicious. The fried chicken is extra crispy and juicy, full of flavor. The brisket is some of the most flavorful I’ve ever had. We want to try more of the salad and side varieties next time but the meats will definitely be repeat purchases. We also got some garlic roasted pork to try later and I know it’s going to be good.

We didn’t need any ingredients or butchered items today but the selection was great and we will be returning to get several things. They had fresh seasoned shrimp kabobs, chicken kabobs, pork burgers, chorizo, and so on.

Purchased 4 ton of rock from St Peters location and had it delivered. Found a note on my rock pile that said to hose dirt off of rock. I called the manager and she said it was normal to have dirt in rock but how much dirt is normal. I think I received 2 ton of rock and 2 yards of dirt. Used water like it was suggested and now had a big muddy mess. DO NOT BUY YOUR ROCK FROM JOE'S. I will be getting my rock elsewhere from now on.

This afternoon my boyfriend and I decided to go to Market Basket to get elephant ears and eucalyptus not knowing if they had it, along with other herbs and veggies.

I called from the parking lot to ask if they had eucalyptus or the elephant ears. The woman on the phone, Kelly explained they did, she could hold them for me if I’d like.

I told her I was in the parking lot. She suggested to meet and helped show me the kinds of each plant they had.
