Burger King — Restaurant in El Dorado

I wish I could give the service a big 0. The lady in there forget one of my burgers from a meal I had gotten. I went through the drive through again to explain the situation. Instead of giving helpful service she argued with me that she had personally put the burgers in there when clearly that’s not how many I asked for. She accused me and my family of taking one out. IF I WOULD’VE REMOVED ONE I WOULDN’T HAVE SAT IN LINE TO MAKE A COMPLAINT. mind you, the line was long. THEN, not even that but she counted the burgers one by one taking them out as if I was lying. Then afterwards she gave me an attitude before giving me my burger. I did not appreciate the customer service at all. If she forgot that’s fine, but do not accuse me and my family of taking a burger out!! Then she didn’t...

Literally just walked out. My husband & I waited for awhile at the counter. No one ahead of us, one lady off to the side waiting on a bag. The lady & others looked at us numerous times and never said a word. Never I'm sorry for your wait, it'll be just a moment, nothing!!

I was really wanting that fish sandwich and bacon cheesy tots.... Oh well. Lesson learned trying to go to BK.

So we left & went to Wendy's, no line but they greeted us & said it'll be just a moment.

Always checks your food before you drive away from dri thru. Paid for food and then was told to pull down and someone would bring out food. Waited ten minutes they brought out my order it was old and stale. Not what I had ordered. Didn’t know it was the wrong food until I got home and took food out bag. Very disappointed. ☹️☹️☹️ Ask for lemon for my tea the lady said they don’t have lemon. Wait for nothing. Next time I will check my order don’t care if I do hold the line up.
