Pizza Hut — Restaurant in El Dorado

7/28/2016 ordered 2 medium meat lovers thin crust at 3:45 pm for take out. arrived at the location @4:10 pm at the drive thru for pickup. was told it would be ready in 5 minutes, asked to pull up from window and they would bring out, waited another 15 minutes went inside and was told my order was given to someone else. i asked for a refund and was told they dont give refunds. so i asked them to fill my order again. at 5:20 pm i finally got two pizza's put on the counter, i opened the boxes to check and they were sausage and pepporoni, not meat lovers, i took them, tired of waiting since they were not going to refund my money, as i was leaving a lady came in with a pizza box. she ordered two pizza's thru the drive thru got home and had only one pizza, the other box was empty. i wished here luck and left. sorry service, place was filthy, workers going in and out of back door and not washing hands, handling the food topings with no gloves, needless to say i will not...

We ordered two large pizzas on 07/20/18 and they said it would take only 35 minutes for delivery. Time went by and it was 1 hr. 30 min later. I placed my order at 9:48 pm. I called back to speak to the evening/midnight Manager to ask about my pizza and request an explanation on the long delay. I explained that my family was hungry. The manager was extremely rude and not understanding at all. I didn’t even get an apology or a timeframe as to how much longer the wait would be. By this time it was 11:48 pm and close to closing time. I was so disappointed and appalled at the manager’s response that I told him to cancel my order. Again, no apology no anything from him. SAD TO SAY HE EVEN HUNG UP ON ME!!! My family and I was from out of town waiting on our pizza at a hotel. THE NEXT TIME WE ARE IN TOWN, I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA HUT EVER AGAIN. EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE AND BAD CUSTOMER...

Waited to be seated...about 5 mins. Then "Kat" arrived and was honest with me, when I asked, did you wash your hands after coming in from a smoke? "NOoo I did not..." kudos for him. He went and washed....Ordered Chicken alfredo and salad bar. Lettuce a bit old but crisp other bar items good. Place is busy on drive thru and walk in pick up orders Pasta arrived, excellent presentation, oops- they forgot the garlic bread!! Minor tic corrected. Overall, good. Everyone busy and they are admittedly under staffed. Food HOT and classic taste. Keep up the good work ya'll I'll be...
