Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in El Dorado

Im not one to do this, but I just went into popeys with my husband and brother. We walked in for take out, and our server, miss Heaven, before she even took our ourder, kept talking about how she was done taking orders and she was tired of being there. I felt that and understand that being a cashier myself, but at the same time customers are not ment to be hearing you say such things coming out of your mouth minutes before youre ment to take their order. Not only that but she messed up our entire order to the point that we had to go else were for food, simply because we didnt feel like it would have gotten us anywhere if we aproached her about the mistakes. She had an attitude the entire time, and looked visibly annoyed at us for even coming in.

In the picture we had a box of 4 peice chicken with a biscut and fries, two chicken sandwichs that were ment to be just cheese on them, but ended up haveing everything on them, and a chicken wrap. Everything was dented and crumpled up. It looked like it was just tossed in before it was passed to us. We were missing 2 full meals with those chicken sandwiches and the one meal we did get was ment to be a large. We vocalized our entire order to her perfectly, just to look at the reiept just to be disapointed and...

NOT a great experience. Couldn't tell which meal had the spicy piece in it (ordered 2 meals). Requested the window cashier/server take back the boxes and mark, and give me 2 bags. She gave me the bags back but I had to figure it out myself by opening the other box which was being picked up for someone else and look at both box's contents. I didnt want to have to open their food box.

I ordered 1 drink without ice. Drink had ice. Requested replacement and gave back to cashier/server. She replaced.

Ordered 1 pepper but never received it.

Had to work too hard to get my own order right. The young lady was pleasant, however, so I didn't give the review a "1 star" because of that.

The sign on the window was sort of unprofessional, in my personal opinion. It basically tells customers to please be patient, but if you aren't, apply for a job there! ????? There has to be a better way to request a customer's patience while in the...

Entered restaurant at 9pm. 1 hr before close. 5 people in my family ordered regular meals from the menu. Nothing special. Took 40 minutes to get our food. Manager was propped on the counter watching her employees the entire time and complaining about the fact that people were in the restaurant ordering that late at night. They weren’t busy. The employees were loudly joking and playing and not working. Even after waiting for 40 minutes we still were out of there a little before 10. We never even got a apology for the wait time. When they brought out the food, the guy asked if we needed anything. We asked for honey and ketchup. He said “ok” and never bothered to bring it. We had to go ask someone else. Probably the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. That’s saying something...
