I have ordered from Blossom before and I had no issue, the arrangements are always beautiful. this time for valentines day I asked if my order could be delivered before 11 am due to a planned date I had, I also told them that if not possible to deliver I could pick up. 11 am came and i texted them to have an update, nobody responded, I called and a man answered, I explained the situation and he rudely said “I’ll call you back in 5 minutes” and hung up, he never called me back, the flowers arrived late and the arrangement was nothing like i asked, 160 dollars for an ugly and rushed bouquet is not what I was expecting, the flowers were terribly placed and the colors didn’t match my description or reference picture, I also asked for some roses in there, you couldn’t even see the roses in the bouquet it was overall ugly and the paper wrapping looked like a 5 year old made it, I understand the volume of work you could have for valentines day, but if you guys cant handle more orders then don’t because I wanted my partner to have beautiful flowers from you like i have had before and it was just disappointing this time, and very rude response from that man that picked up...

DO NOT use the this florist I ordered an arrangement for my aunts funeral a week in advance. The arrangement was almost $200. Yet upon seeing the arrangement at her funeral it was nothing like what I ordered. I called Blossoms and they explained they didn’t have that flower in the store. They should have called me instead and we could adjusted something. They did not the arrangement was small and the flowers were welted and old you could see the greenery of the wreath through the flowers. I asked for my refund back, but they refused all they did was keep on arguing with me that they did it to how they thought the arrangement will look better.
