I went ahead and ordered ahead online in order to avoid a long wait time for my order. I arrive and my order was not ready. They worked on it and took over 15 minutes to get it done. I had also put on my order that I did NOT want any coconut on my bowl. They still gave me coconut, I’m allergic and was unable to eat the bowl. I was on my lunch break from work so I didn’t have time to go back. I proceeded to give them a call to express my concerns. I admit I was upset so I may not have been the kindest person at the moment. But I also wasn’t being rude. They went ahead and just hung up on me. I am genuinely disappointed in this situation. All I wanted was a solution for my issue.

The food is all natural and very delicious, I would highly recommend getting an aƧaĆ bowl here rather than tropical smoothie because you get more food for your money. The staff is kind, and the atmosphere is beautiful… although it is fairly small it’s comfortable and I especially enjoy looking at their honey and getting jars whenever I go as they ensure all natural ingredients.

Love this place. It's always friendly, good quality food and juices, smoothies etc. My favorite here is always the acai bowls. They're absolutely delicious and the best in the El Paso area. I wish they had a drive through but be prepared that the acai bowls take a while to make. Other than I would like to give their teas a try next time.

Last time I went to Tippi Teas, they had rolled ice cream (vegan), that they would make right their in front of you. I recently went Saturday for some ice cream and found out they are doing "Gelato" (vegan) ice cream, so what the heck we gave it a try and loved it. Amazing Texture with spectacular flavor, only complain is the price for add ons is 50 cent not to crazy but they literally only put a pinch of the add on. Except bananas those are a good bite sized chunk. (Which means less ice cream) Definitely need an option for 3 scoops. It was so good I went back the next day (and was I surprised! ) My ice cream was significantly larger and had more toppings then Saturday. One employee (Saturday) focused on the presentation of the ice cream as apposed to the (Sunday) employee who focused on our money's worth. Absolutely great customer service they are fantastic people with a unique vibe to match the establishment. 5 stars because I have about 28 sweet tooths and that may make my review abit biased, but astounding job keep up the work. And add a 3 scoops option, after all who just...

As of yesterday (June 11, 2021), my sister and I went out for breakfast. We went to Tippi Teas cafe. I am deafblind and I felt warmth and welcome by the staff. I ordered Moon bowl and my sister ordered Dragon bowl. Oh my heavenly!!! It was so delcious. I finished it and i felt so sad becuase I wanted more! Lol! I googled it up and saw somebody leaving a negative about how they complained how they were treated and their food took so long. I was bewildered because you know hot it takes a while jsut like any restaurant takes to prepare the food. My sister and I didnt have any problem because we kept each other company and texted each and it was like maybe 10 minutes. We were gracefully patient. The girls who worked at the cafe, they were so sweet and nice to us. Please do not believe whoever said negative about the business. I really ahve to be honest that the cafe is worth to eat there! I really love it. I will go next month for my bowl! Thank you so much, Tippe Tea managers!!! You really made us...

I'll start off by saying it's great to have a local tea shop. The staff are friendly and the place is fairly clean and well-decorated. I even like the vegan theme, though I am not vegan, I know it's great to cut back on the animal products. The vegan ice cream is delicious. The tea is okay. I'm disappointed the staff don't seem to know much about the teas, what's in them, etc. I have to read the back of the glass jars to answer my own questions, which is fine, but it takes each point of service a long time. They charge $18 for 50g of something they call "Silver Phoenix". I asked what it was and all they could tell me was that it was black, rare and from India... that may be enough for the Starbucks crowd, but you're going to need a stronger knowledge base in a devoted tea shop, especially if you want to move your "rare" and pricey stuff. If the staff knew more than green, black, red and oolong, each POS would be a lot quicker. It may help if they had more staff, which they may be working on....
