SCAM ALERT!!! I went to return something that was 30 days over return period. Their policy says they will give me an exchange or gift card for the current price. They scan the item and it came back as 24.99, they checked the online store and that was 16.99, original price 34.99. They wanted to refund me the online price and deny that they scan the item when they literally talked about it infront of me and it sad little mermaid on their screen. I got the item in their store not online. They just had an idiot state competition within themselves wondering what to do. The correct thing to do was a gift card for 24.99, I was over it, I will just keep the item. It felt like a SCAM, who knows how many customers they have done this too. Absolutely Great customer service especially the workers who help me out today Michelle and Giselle, I was looking for a backpack and when I couldn’t find one I asked to see if they had one in the back and they had no problem I’m doing me the favor. And when they brought me the backpack from the back and it brought me pure joy so I a huge shout out to them for helping me. I would highly recommend coming here I’ve been a shopper at the store for years and I’m always satisfied with the items in the shop and with the customer service!!!!! Love...
