Buckle — Local services in El Paso

I used to work at a Buckle in Ga and I love going to Buckle in different cities I go to. This location SUCKS. They don’t greet you or offer a fitting room until you ask. When I was ready to check out I was waiting for a few minutes looking around for an employee (I was the only customer at the time). I saw 2 employees on FaceTime with someone while putting some clothes away. And two other employees were also putting clothes up. I had to walk towards them for them to realize I was ready to check out. Nobody asked for my name or told me theirs. Just all around not good customer service. Buckle is the one store I love going to because I know I’ll always get taken care of and helped but this one I never want to go to again. I’ve been here about 3 times in 2 years and it’s always been terrible...

Wonderful first experience at Buckle! The wonderful workers there made me feel comfortable and pretty much picked my cute outfit. Y’all are the best 🥹❤️ Also shout out to Hector I believe he’s new and he helped me from beginning to end! Keep doing a great job guys!

Edit: I think the workers there bombard you and ask a lot of questions about what you’re looking for so that you buy something. The jeans I bought were over $50...

I've been here multiple times and I haven't been asked if we require assistance. Yes there was plenty of staff on the floor no it wasn't a heavy flow of customers .We were here for quite awhile like a good 30mins. We were trying to find the right outfits for several upcoming events. I hope they help out next...
