Cavender's Boot City — Local services in El Paso

I went to Cavender's a week ago and I had a satisfied experience at Cavender's. As soon as I walk in the store I was greeted by Joshua. After that I was being helped by Gabriel. Gabriel took the time to help me find my perfect fit including boots. Now that I had my perfect fit, I went to get in line to be charge. While waiting I got impress with Joshua, how good and fast he is in the register and greeting every customer and making sure including myself were able to find everything we need it. He makes customers feel value and at the same time his charging you he Broughts up a topic to converse. that way customers and I are well-being is valued beyond the simple transaction. He's very knowledgeable. Also, he offers customers the loyalty reward program. thanks to Joshua myself and other customers that were there sign up into the rewards program and I can now have points and perks. When it was my turn to get charge by Joshua, I was pleasant with him. I will definitely be going back to this location and get help by Gabriel and getting charge by Joshua and I will be recommending it as well. Excellent...

Absolutely terrible customer service. I’ve never been treated so poorly by a company. I waited over 30 minutes on hold only to be spoken to with complete rudeness and zero attempt to actually help me. The representative seemed annoyed by my questions and cut me off several times. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told there was no one available and that I should ‘just check the website’—which I had already done before calling. My issue is still unresolved, and the lack of professionalism is beyond frustrating. I will not be recommending this company to anyone unless they seriously improve how they treat...

Today we had our second trip to the store, our first experience was terrible. The salesman was SO pushy that we honestly just wanted to leave. It was TERRIBLE. He literally came up to us 7 times in like half an hour. But today we had an awesome experience. JR was a great salesman, he was NOT pushy at all, he literally said that he doesn't want to be a bother us and if we need anything just to ket him know, and when I had a question, he was there to help me find exactly what I wanted.
