I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with both the delayed delivery of my furniture and the unprofessional handling of my customer service experience. I placed an order for furniture, which was originally expected to arrive within one week, as it was indicated to be in a local warehouse. However, it has now been over four weeks, and I still have not received my order. Despite being patient, the significant delay has been extremely inconvenient.
When I contacted customer service to inquire about the status of my order, I was met with unacceptable behavior. I spoke to three different representatives, all of whom were rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Not only was I shouted at, but I was also undermined and ultimately disconnected from the call without any resolution. This level of disrespect is completely unprofessional and has left me feeling unheard and frustrated. I am requesting the following actions be taken: 1 Immediate resolution regarding the delivery of my furniture, with a clear and accurate update on the expected delivery timeline. 2 A formal apology for the behavior exhibited by your customer service team. 3 A review of your customer service practices to ensure this does not happen to other customers in the future.
