As a customer, You expect to get what you pay for. But in rare instances there are places that you can get more than what you pay for! This is one of those places!! The staff from the top to the bottom is consistently engaging and polite , despite the difficulties that my personality sometimes presents! It is easy to tell when somebody is trying to be polite, when they're not trying all and when It comes from inside! Corporations and enterprises across America have lost the true value of an associate that can provide great customer service, consistently and most importantly authenticity! The overall importance and appreciation of the customer is never lost at EZ PAWAN HUNTER!! I have been to this location countless times and in comparison to any other pawnshop.This location is in a class of their own!!! Whenever I visit, I always receive more task for my items than anywhere else, but more importantly Then the money is The experience! I always call ahead to make sure certain items are taken before wasting a trip over there for nothing which is what happend reguardless. None the employees can seem to get it together on what price to offer for items. Then claim they won't take items since they are broken. Which I fact none of the items where! By the way to the management I sold my MacBook and Digital camera at First Cash Pawn. The same two items you all claimed where broken that weren't and offered twice of what you useless hacks offered. Do us a favor take some pointers in customer service from them. They know what they are doing...
