10/10💕 Costumer service was amazingly good! I had the best experience here. I bought this bracelet and charms on their website (One was a gift actually) and when they arrived I took them to the James Avery on Odessa and they said it was gonna take 2 weeks for it to be assembled! I wasn’t going to wait that long for my charms to be put on the bracelet so I waited and her in the one at Cielo Vista took about an hour to be ready. I went to other stores while they polished, cleaned and assembled my bracelet and well, it was free and now I can wear it everyday! The material is sterling silver and I’m allergic to normal silver but this doesn’t make any allergic reactions or turns your skin green (is not cheap material). I recommend their jewelry since it doesn’t tarnish or fade even if your wear it every day. I just don’t recommend swimming with it because of chlorine and other chemicals might harm the shine on this (I had to get it cleaned once because of this). I’m planning on filling the entire bracelet with charms but it will take time since they are 50$ or more... Worth the investment though! It’s beautiful and long...

Immediately upon entering the store I was greeted and asked if I were looking for something special. I stated I wanted my bracelet cleaned as well as adding a new charm. With the gentleman's help, I found the perfect charm. He cleaned my bracelet, and within 30 minutes my bracelet had a new charm. This store has lost it's customer service. No one was inside the store and no one greeted me. A tall lady w/ glasses, and long gray hair was very rude! It looked like she was bothered I was even there. A friend of mine had the same issue earlier this year with that same lady and decided not to buy anything because of her. I decided to go to the mini James Avery kiosk instead inside of Dillard's. they attended me much better there. Not returning this...
