I recently had the pleasure of dining at Wing Shack, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked through the door, the inviting aroma of delicious wings filled the air, setting the stage for what turned out to be a fantastic meal.

First and foremost, let me highlight the star of the show – the wings! Wing Shack offers an extensive variety of flavors that cater to every taste bud imaginable. From the tangy and spicy to the sweet and savory, there's a flavor for everyone. The wings were cooked to perfection – crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, making each bite a flavorful delight.

Now, let me take a moment to commend our wonderful server, Alex. Her friendly demeanor and attentiveness added an extra layer of enjoyment to our dining experience. She was not only knowledgeable about the menu but also took the time to recommend some personal favorites, which we greatly appreciated. Alex's service was prompt, and she made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive – a perfect balance that enhanced our overall satisfaction.

The ambiance at Wing Shack was laid-back and inviting, making it an ideal spot for a casual meal with friends or family. The restaurant was clean, and the decor had a modern yet cozy feel. The upbeat background music added to the lively atmosphere, creating the perfect backdrop for a memorable dining experience.

In addition to the wings, we also tried some of the other menu offerings, and each dish exceeded our expectations. The sides were flavorful, and the portion sizes were generous – you definitely won't leave hungry!

Overall, Wing Shack and our server Alex left a lasting impression, and I can confidently say that I'll be back for more wing goodness. Let me tell ya'll!!! I am pleasantly surprised!!!! This place hit the mark for me! We came here to see a DJ we love...he knows about that 90s hip hop! DJ Jazzanaut....check him out!!! Okay so about this restaurant! First let me tell you about the space, although it is very much packed, (it's Friday!) There are screens everywhere you look, all on different sports. There is plenty of space for larger groups. The bar inside is Huge! And! There's a bar in the patio as well. Although it's not a pet friendly place ( 😕) it is definitely kid friendly. There is wifi for those kid tablets lol There are 6 food items you can choose from for the kiddos. As for the adults! Listen here!! Them fried pickles were crispy...juicy....perfectly made! First time ever I can tell you they beat hooters fried pickles!!! The steak tacos (3) were sooooo good! Seriously! The meat was super tender and the tacos were stuffed. Perfectly seasoned. Nothing else is needed on those tacos! Except maybe avocado! My bestie tried the tangy Chipotle shrimp. They were tender and not overcooked at all. Perfect flavor...not too spicy. Now for dessert....they have options!!! We tried the buttery toffee bundt cake with vanilla ice cream....OMG.... it is absolutely amazing..... i was in heaven!!!!! Like i would seriously drive over here just for that dessert !!!! 100% recommend! I Also, I didn't try the burgers but I hear they are awesome so that'll be my next meal! I'll keep you posted! We are going to stay here a bit longer cuz this DJ is on point! One more thing... I promise you...the service here is unreal! We never had an empty glass and our food came out right away. The managers are walking around talking to the customers, super friendly, we spoke with Gabriel ♡ and our waitresses ( Itsa and Eunique) man they seriously know what customer service is! Terrible experience. Our waitress was extremely unprofessional, but i let it slide because i assumed she was having a bad day, no one at my table was rude or impatient, i could tell she was upset about something else prior to serving us. i already knew by her attitude and lack of customer service i would not be tipping. my total came out to $94 i paid my bill. fast forward one day and there was an extra charge of $10, i guess our waitress thought she gave exceptional service. go somewhere else, they are stealing from you.

Edit: (06/06/23)i called today as soon as they opened and i spoke with David, i explained to him the issue in hopes of just getting my $10 back. David expressed concern for my issue and went above and beyond to rectify the situation along with comping me 2 free entrees. i really didn't need the food i was just thankful it wasn't a hassle to get my money back but it was greatly appreciated nonetheless. i picked up my entrees after work and was greeted my Jaime who was very apologetic to my situation and very polite and welcoming. my entrees were great even better than my first time on Sunday. Its refreshing to encounter such competent and understanding management they are exactly what it means to give great customer service. Thank you David and Jaime and Im hopeful that with your knowledge about this issue you will be able to weed out the bad apples as im sure im not the first person this has...
