This use to be a 5-star review and I’ve sat on it for some time. I took my cat in to All Pets for his yearly exam recently (something I’ve done for the past 2/3ish years now since I was an employee with the corporate company who owns this clinic in the past, and loved/trusted the technicians and receptionists alike when I worked there). However, I have found, the doctor and general revolving door of staff has ran their ENTIRE original staff off for reasons similar to what I experienced at my pets examination. Some people who even worked there for 20+ years have left.
To start from the top, I have a sensitive cat. Being in the veterinary field prior, it’s only normal I have the most broken and allergic cat I could possibly find. He came from a very neglectful situation as a kitten, and has had health issues the whole time I’ve owned him. He is allergic to so many things, I don’t even want to get started on that list. He is now considered a senior, and has had 7-8 rabies vaccinations in his lifetime. After the last two vaccination updates, his doctor at the time and I decided to forego vaccines altogether due to negative reactions, age and health factors. I declined getting his vaccines updated at the exam a few weeks ago that I scheduled with this office, where he has been seen before, like I have done twice prior at this point. The doctor denied seeing my pet even after explaining all of that to her staff member. So naturally I left, without his prescription or an exam being completed, because I know what’s best for my pet as his owner of almost 10-years. As if I would EVER risk my cats health for some doctors ego? Seriously? I know it doesn’t affect a doctors license when they listen to the pet owner stating their pet doesn’t tolerate something well, so what is it at this point, just a power thing? I’m not anti-vaccination, I’m anti-allergic reaction, and if declining a vaccination keeps my pet safe at the end of the day, no skin off my back 💁🏻♀️
All I needed was to renew his urinary diet prescription anyways… what I got was pissed off at the time I wasted on them, having to tote my cat to an unwelcoming clinic and to find out not a single staff member remains since my pet was seen last year due to reasons similar to what I experienced. My cat got stressed out on an unnecessary visit to the clinic, and now I need to find a new veterinarian to refill his prescription diet, so all the visit did was cause my FLUTD cat stress… a main factor that could exacerbate his disease 😂 what a joke.
In addition, the door by the back reception counter was cracked open, which could allow for a pet to escape while being placed in an exam room. I closed it on my way into the exam room with my pet to protect mine and everyone else’s pets in the clinic, just in the off chance they got spooked, hit that door and got out onto the main road.
Overall, just know, there are clinics with steady staff and maybe you should try a doctor who cares more about your pet than declining an examination because you’re not willing to risk their life or health. Ultimately, your pets are yours and only you truthfully decide what happens to them. Know that you are allowed to decline treatments and advocate for your pet if you know something will potentially harm them or cause death. The doctor doesn’t care about your pet and thinks you’re a bad pet owner if you don’t do exactly what they say you should do with YOUR pet.
A wise veterinarian once had to bring me off my high and overly judgemental horse too by telling me “be happy if a pet has a home, a full belly, clean water and love.” Hopefully someone can get through to this doctor too someday 😌

To start off, I have been brining my cat to All pets for the past few months because he has an on going cold. We have done a couple test and finally in March we came to a conclusion on what he does have and has to live with.
I was told that I would be able to get prescriptions refilled for him when has his flare ups and since March he has his first flare. I called the vet yesterday and spoke to two ladies, I don’t remember the lady of the first conversation, but I will say she lied to me on the phone and when I called her out for lying she back peddled and tried to cover it up. Then she put me hold because of that, and Bri answers the phone and starts going on about his medication, I have to pause her and ask if this the same lady, she goes “no” and I have to proceed to ask who I’m even speaking with. From the start she had an attitude. She goes on to tell me about how they cannot refill his prescription and they would need to see him again. When we have diagnosed my cat already and I was told he could refills. I go on to say I’d like to speak with the vet herself, and bri refused. I had to call back today, and was told by bri again I couldn’t speak to the vet and she relayed message to me saying he will need to do another test to conclude he has what we already concluded. So I proceed to ask if we can just schedule whatever test they would like to do so we can rule that, they goes to tell me no I will have to still come in and pay for the vet to just tell me the same exact information bri explained. I even called her out and said “so I have to come in and pay for visit after you just told me what the next step would be” and she goes “yes” so I comply and say okay we can schedule a regular visit. I’ll bite the bullet and pay another fee just to be told the same info. At the end conversation I ask for the vet name and bri name and she refused to give that information. All I know is the name “doctor Wes” and when I asked if she has a first name because as a business it’s not confidential information to give a name out, she proceeds to say “well it’s probably on our site” with so much attitude. I will not go to this facility ever again. And will never recommend it. I will be sharing this also on other platforms to bring awareness to vet offices like this who only care about money and could care less about actually helping animals.
It does not make sense why a vet says they do prescription refills, when we diagnosed the animal to begin with
This place is a scam and this type of stuff happens so much at vet offices. Places like this is why pet owners never get the results they need because these offices only care about getting money, do your research, vets are the biggest scam.

We brought our puppy in for a wellness check, they misdiagnosed him and gave us medication for something and that was not even the cause of his issues. He actually had parvo, a lethal virus, and they misdiagnosed him and told us he was all right except for some worms. So another of our puppies got exposed to parvo, this vet office murdered my puppy, is taking no responsibility for the misdiagnosis, the medical negligence, or the animal cruelty. We called them to ask for help, they said they would call us back and they never did. I had to call them the next day. Do not use this vet, I cannot stress that enough for you. And when I talk to them about their negligence and them screwing up, they changed the topic real quick. Then they wanted to charge us to put the dog down, and that was their advice. We're sorry that your puppy was misdiagnosed, so you should now kill your puppy because he's going to die anyways because too much time has passed since we misdiagnosed him. This is what I'm getting from this so-called vet office. It is utterly pathetic, and has my family very upset. We lost a very loving puppy, a baby who barely had time to live, all because they screwed up. And one of the doctors even asked me, could you have gotten him treated? My response to her, yes I could have. Because parvo treatment in the early stages does not cost a lot and it's very easy to do. They are murderers and are horrible human beings, do not take your pets to this hospital... Please take better care of your pets!
On top of everything else, my second puppy is now infected with parvo due to their misdiagnosis. So I have to pay for his parvo treatment, I had to pay them for the parvo test, and then they charge an extra amount over the parvo test. So they completely ripped me off, have charged me an excessively large amount of money, and have cost me even more money that I have to go pay now to save my second puppy's life! Stay away from this vet, do yourself and your pet a favor!
You're caring thoughts? By the time you all got around to answering your phone and actually listening to what we were trying to tell you, our first puppy didn't survive the night. Actually, he didn't survive to the night because of you and your office. So I could care less about your caring thoughts. You are thieves, murderers, you are guilty of misdiagnosing my pet, getting my other puppy sick with a fatal virus, you're guilty of medical negligence, medical malpractice, and cruelty to animals!
