Nam Sushi 54 — Restaurant in Elfers

Nam owner I love you guys I been coming since before covid and I came supporting you while covid happened i cam twice a week my name is Tod macy I spent 200 a week. I'm upset you removed the tempura lobster from the poke bowl so I went to look up other lobster features you had because I paid 36 dollars for that one single item .Because you removed it I looked for other lobster features you had ,I decided to spend the 32 dollars on the what the howww lobster sushi with steak on top .the tail was a full size lobster tail the cooked end inedible peace not edible tail the sushi middle the tail meat had maybe 1/10 of the tail meat mainly fillers greens and cream i was extremely disappointed not your usual forte . I feel you discontinued the tempura tail poke bowlb ecause you gave the whole amount of tail a d now your ripping the consumer off on your lobster recipe that only allow just a taste not the whole experience like Nam sushi 54 WAS known for ..I'm a local business owner in holiday maybe 25 years I've sold your business to other local patrons since you came from trinity years ago 5 stars go to nam 54 i said for years and years but if you are going to save money mode for your business and who cares about my opinion mode on how I like your ended recipe tempura whole tail poke I'll say my negative opinion like now but loud always to my customers if tgere looking for sushi ,i have other local sushi joints in mind ..im not trying to be negative but i saw ykur cheapness and it upset me all your (LOBSTER TAIL ) productsare 1/10 the tail meat your way over price ,hope you find this useful to the owners if not hope you survive, like I said you are 5 star sushi local family place i live you but not at the way you removed the lobster tempura tail from your poke menu obviously because you...

First time going today. Ordered crunchy spicy tuna, spicy yellowtail, volcano roll, tuna sashimi and yellowtail sashimi. The results. Well look at the picture.. Besides beautiful presentation, the flavor and expertise that went into it was fantastic. One of the top places I've had the privilege to indugle in some raw fish.

Also, it's one of the nicest and friendliest staff here in Florida. I had a wonderful conversation with my server. And also the owners (assumed). Very nice indeed!

The pricing is very good! Competitive for the area. But in my opinion, i will pay for their service, hand over hand. I've been to almost every sushi/sashimi/nigiri establishment in and around the area. These folks do it right. And they give you this very delicious "Nam sauce" and chips. That sauce is like their own special sauce. And its wonderful! Also, I'm very sure that the wasabi is true in fact wasabi. Not horseradish. Such a delicious taste with a sinus clearing burn! Mhm. (Ive learned over the years that places with true wasabi, typically are the top places to goto.)

And finally in closing, besides fantastic taste, presentation, staff and the whole lot I've written here; the environment is one of a kind. I had the honor to see some new decorations in the store. And just wow. Hand carved wooden statues. And some jaw dropping rocks in the corner. Just take a gander in there one day.

So just trust me folks, if you like good sushi/sashimi/nigiri, go here. You won't regret it. And they also have other eats besides sushi and such. So even if you're not a raw fish or seafood person, they had chicken, beef, pork and other items on their menu. So don't feel restricted.

First time going and i was not impressed this reveiw is based on my personal experience and view on the visit. The egg roll had mushrooms in it and no where on the menu did it state mushrooms as an ingredient. I was told by server who was berated by a Mrs. Lee (assume owner) about my unaproval of mushrooms and sent the plate back. That i should ask my server what's in things if i don't know and i should know as it states american vegies. I also ordered a salmon avocado roll minus the avocado. Since i just wanted a plane jane salmon rice on a soy wrap. When it arrived it was a seaweed wrap. The server was quick to take it back and have a fresh one properly made. Mrs lee was very inappropriate with the servers and berating them treating them like they where children. I hope the servers quit and get jobs that treat them with respect. I am not a fan of dine in mainly Mrs lee or what ever that things name is. And if the servers are reading this find a way to contact me. I can have another server job for you in a day or two of you reaching out. Im sure one that pays better too.

Edit11/06/22 after owners comments. After reveiwing others reveiws I would reconsider the way you run you establishment. It appears my displeasure in my visit have been mentioned in the previous reveiws. Mainly the way you treat staff. Yes good help is hard to find but it also helps when you know how to manage employees and treat them respectfully. My tip and wisdom to you. If the world around you is always the problem. stop and take a moment to reflect in the mirror then you may realize the true problem is truly in ones self.
