Update! Having replied to Trulieve's attempt to open a conversation with me with no response. Go figure. I went into the dispensary, apprehensive, to discuss what happen. I couldn't be more surprised at how easy it was to talk to someone there. Crystal was awesome! Surprisingly, this happens a lot and it was explained to me that these preroll tubes are machine filled, and if someone takes their eye off the line tubes can get by completely empty. She had zero problem with replacing my empty preroll. I was expecting to be laughed out of the dispensary but was pleasantly surprised by the kindness of this stellar employee. To Trulieve corporate, don't request patients to contact you and then not answer them. Thanks for your hollow attempt to resolve a bad review!
New patient here and boy am I BIG ANGRY! Stopped in after work and used my 50% off 2nd visit coupon. Bought 4 Khalifa Kush "Baby Turtle", prerolls (GOOD STUFF) & tonight I'm winding down after work again so I decide to grab one of the 3 I had left. Surprise! EMPTY TUBE!!! I see it's very very rare but it has happened in prerolls and 8ths from customer online comments. I'm disappointed with this and am afraid to even go back to the dispensary. It’s now nice to have a location five minutes from home the staff there absolutely amazing a lot of times I walk in looking for certain strands that I know would help for what I need medical marijuana for and they don’t always have the same strain all the time, but the staff being so knowledgeable. I used to stay away from certain types because I thought it would make my anxiety worse but the other day I was educated even more on finding out keeping my terpenes under 2% and a THC level of around 20 worked perfectly and the policy they have in place where if it doesn’t work for you that you can bring it back and get full credit helps alleviate that fear of what if I spend the money and it doesn’t work for me but so far with the knowledge in the expertise of the staff at five locations that I’ve visited I’ve only had to return one item one time I was introduced to a new strand for anxiety and I highly recommend this one if you suffer from anxiety yourself again thank you to the staff. Read moreOne of the absolute worst experiences that I have ever had at any dispensary I have been to. I walked in and I placed my order. The bartender came up, scan the item and I paid with my debit card. I know the machines can take a few extra minutes, however the money already came out of my account. She then goes and tells me that it was declined on their end. So I showed her my bank and that the amount had already been taken out of my bank. What were we going to do about it? She then proceeded to continue to tell me to swipe my card again, even though it did not go through on their end, but still charged my bank. Why would I swipe it again?! so here I am leaving Trulieve after giving them my money for a product that I did not receive. When asking how to handle the charge of $35 the woman told me oh I don’t know it should go back on your account However on my account it shows it as an ATM withdrawal and does not show this as a pending transaction so I hope it was worth losing a customer over a bad attitude from your budtender, as well as taking a customers money with...
