Good selection, but rude employees. My grandmother and I were shopping here together, she was in the women’s plus section and then moved over to junior’s plus to look in that section as well. An employee came up to her when she was in junior’s plus and asked “are you looking for women’s plus?” To which my grandmother told her no, and she assumed that was the end of the conversation. But the employee continued with “well you know the sizing is different.” Implying that the clothes in junior’s plus wouldn’t fit her. I feel like this was completely uncalled for and rude, considering my grandma hadn’t even asked for help and was just minding her own business. I don’t feel that it was any of that employee’s business which section she was shopping in, and it was extremely rude behavior. There were several other bad experiences during this same trip with 3 different employees. I’ve come to this specific Beall’s Outlet for the last 2 years, and have gone out of my way to come to this one because it had the best selection, but I probably will go elsewhere from now on due to the...

Mens section is fantastic so is the juniors. I had a bad experience at check out. No one was in line and there was one lady behind the counter who never acknowledged us despite my son and I just being randomly chatty to let her hear we were there. She still didn't acknowledge us so I walked up to where she was behind the counter and said "hi" loudly so we could check out and she still never looked at us! Finally after she was done fidgeting with whatever she had she checked our items out. Then she asked if I had a credit card there and I said no, and no I don't want one but thank you, and she repeatedly asked me if I still wanted a credit card. I paid and she handed the receipt to me and said nothing. Not have a good day. Not thank you. Not anything. So I politely said have a nice day and walked out. If you want to be treated rudely, come here! I get everyone has a bad day. But a huge rule in customer service, is you leave it at the door when you clock in for work! Your problem...

First, what I bought I love BUT the cashier? Unbelievably Rude! Didn't even acknowledge me or my sister, did not smile, Even after we commented on something we got there that matched perfectly another thing we bought earlier n just realized that at the moment. We thought it was kind of funny but the young cashier? She didn't look at us, ignored us, barely recognized we were Even there, looked mean actually. Only thing she said was the amount I owed, surprised I got that out of her, not even a thank you, just Said, Next, without even looking up the whole time! We were there at exactly 15:47 pm, invoice #3051..in case they can show her how to treat customers!! I know how cause used to be over and lived being one cause love people & talking to them!!
