I shop here all the time and always have a great experience. today I went in and at checkout time our cashier's name was nicole. she was super sweet had a great attitude. Was trying to buy bras and there was two out of three on the hanger she was trying to get help from the manager named eve, that was basically ignoring her. Eve was extremely rude to her as well as the other cashier. Sounded very bitter and unhappy to be there. I will be reaching out to corporate. I thanked our cashier for being so pleasant and asked for the other lady's name that was Eve. I felt really bad as I found out Nicole she had only been there for 2 weeks and was being treated like this. Several other customers made comments about Eve's attitude. Everything was great up until hearing how she spoke at her employees. If she's not happy she should move on to a different job. If I find out that repercussions were taken against the manager I will change my review as I absolutely...

I HAD OCCASION TO VISIT THIS STORE A WHILE BACK. WHILE I WAS THERE I HAD A PHYSICAL EMERGENCY OCCUR. A CUSTOMER CALLED A MANAGER TO MY ASSISTANCE. THAT MANAGER WAS ABLE TO HELP ME COLLECT THE ITEMS I WAS READY TO PURCHASE AND VERY EFFICIENTLY HELPED ME TO A REGISTER AND HELPED ME CHECK OUT. SHE THEN ASSISTED ME TO MY CAR TO MAKE SURE I WAS OKAY. IT WAS A VERY TRYING TIME FOR ME AND HER HELP WAS MUCH NEEDED. UNFORTUNATELY I DID NOT GET HER NAME! I WOULD HAVE GIVEN FIVE STARS FOR HER ASSISTANCE! AT A LATER DATE, MY DAUGHTER VISITED THE SAME STORE ON A DIFFERENT MATTER FOR ME. THE PERSON THAT MY DAUGHTER SPOKE WITH, VERY PROBABLY NOT THE ONE I HAD BEEN HELPED BY, WAS QUITE ADAMANTLY RUDE AND VERY UNWILLING TO OFFER...

This store has a lot of different shirts and shorts though only reason I am giving it a 1 star is Because the employees here are extremely disrespectful and do not care about any of the questions I ask to them They would harass me and and sometimes they just wouldnt leave me alone. I like Bells because of the clothes they sell but this location is not the place to go. I just wish this place was a beter place to go shopping at.
