Today was our sons 6th birthday party at Air trampoline park. This is our first time having a birthday party at this place. We had blast, everyone had so much fun. We always come to to take my sons to have fun and never had bad experience until today. The Lady with long hair that works there was very rude, she had a problem since we didn’t give her a tip but we did pay $300 for the birthday party which was already expensive. Ever since she didn’t received her tip she wanted she had a huge problem, she took it all on us at the end as we were leaving. She was super nasty with attitude towards us having Confetti at the birthday party on the table, she told us we couldn’t have it. She was very unprofessional. She lied to us about her being a HR, which she wasn’t. She was saying how she couldn’t clean it all up the confetti stuff and saying she was gonna charge us extra on top of what we already paid. Instead of making a big deal she should came up to us who hosted and paid for the party. She refused to tell her her name to us, and the girl that works there as well refused to and said she can’t give us her name. We had huge argument for at least an 1 trying to figure out her problem with us. I’ll need to make this huge complain towards CEO or HR or the company because that was Unacceptable how she was doing her customer service. We left the place with anger , stress, tears. This should never be like this. I’ll never have a birthday party or attend that place with that kind of customer service she gave us. As she was having argument with us we offered to clean and swept the floors and she gave us nasty attitude. This other lady that works there kept her mouth shut the entire time, didn’t say a word proud of her. We do want this to be resolved ASAP, or give our money back. Worst experience we ever had to deal with in front of everyone. She want just room to one person but many, parents, grandparents, adults. It was take. Place as she was trying to clean the floor. Thank you and I hope to hear from HR or CEO or the owner that I can explain everything way more to understand what we had to go through at the end of our sons 6th birthday...
Read moreI'm only giving 2 stars because my family did have an amazing time while we were there. I was a little concerned about the lack of staff watching the kids because I had to break up a group of young boys. One was choking a little boy while a group of other boys circled them, just watching. I definitely did stop it, and they all went running. I didn't see a parent or worker anywhere while this happened. We went on a Sunday and by Tuesday my 3 year old became so sick. She had chest congestion and a running nose and cough for a whole week. Wednesday, I started showing symptoms and had to miss 2 days of work. My husband and son both started on Thursday. My son started throwing up and also had a really bad runny nose. My husband missed 2 days of work and didn't leave the bed for 3 days straight, which is completely unlike him. I was starting to think we all had covid or a REAL bad cold with major congestion. My question is, how often does this place disinfect? There are small children, like my 3 yr old, that are still building their immune system. This was serious. My whole family was, and some still are really sick. We've been to other "hands-on" places during the summer, and everyone has made it through without catching any colds or illnesses. I'm really disappointed, but my kids and even my husband and I had a really fun time as a family. We didn't have to worry if it was gonna rain. It's super close to our house. It's small enough to keep an eye on 2 kids, 3 and 10, but also big enough so that there is fun for everyone. I would love to be able to go again, but not at the cost of my entire family being sick for over a whole week. We went on Sunday of last week, and it's now Tuesday, so it's been 9 days since going, and 7 days of being sick and missing work. It's like we had mini-covid....

I visited the park with my daughter and a group of her friends, all elementary age girls and one 15 month old boy, along with their moms. The majority of our stay was fun. Unfortunately, the last 10 minutes were a disaster. My friend and I were chatting and watching all our kids, while her 15 month old son was toddling next to us. He walked by a man with a red Gatorade, and appeared to want to grab the Gatorade, but didn't approach the man directly. As we were watching the baby, we saw the man quickly snap a photo of him and appeared to send the photo to an unknown person in a text message. My friend was visibly upset and approached the man immediately to ask him to stop. He replied aggressively, saying we were in a public place and it was his right to take a photo of anyone he pleases. He clearly wanted to fight and was unapologetic. He even said he wanted to see what My friend’s husband would say. Again, clearly ready to fight, not only with two women but also with another man, all while at a children's play area. My friend immediately grabbed her son and advised the front desk. Management was made aware of the predatory behavior and the aggression that followed. While management did address the man right away, our group was told that the man was “a regular” who was a “show off.” Management claimed he deleted the photo, but nothing else was done. In fact our group left, and the man and his children stayed. Obviously, as parents we are aware that people engage in predatory behavior at these types of places. However, it's very disappointing that local businesses will condone danger to children and families for the sake of regular income. None of our group will be back. Please think before you bring your own...
