Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Florida

I’m normally not one to put bad reviews unless it’s really affected the whole experience for my family. We stopped in last night for dinner 5 adults a teenager and a toddler. The server that was taking care of us was extremely rude. We understood that she was the only one there, but it was only my family and another family. When she asked for our drink order she displayed a nasty attitude because one of the kids with us changed their mind on the drink they ordered. When we’re finally were able to put in the order she was rude again. I tried very hard to give her the benefit of the doubt, however, it just continued. When our food finally came out, there was only one shaker of cheese and one shaker of red pepper flakes on the table for all of us so we grabbed a set from another table because she was nowhere to be found. When she finally came over, she asked us very rudely, How many of the shakers did we swipe off the other tables. I continue to display patients with her by telling her please and thank you every time she came to the table as she rolled her eyes and walked away. At one point, my husband that has suffered from head and neck cancer needed a refill for his drink so that he wouldn’t choke on his food because that is one of the effects from his cancer. She told me that she was going to do something else first before bringing him a drink and proceeded to do so. Finally at the end when she knew we were going to get ready to pay our bill she started to play nice with us. The experience was very uncalled for she was very nasty throughout our dining time and I would recommend Pizza Hut reevaluate her. As a customer service manager myself if this was one of my team members she would have been dismissed...

My family of 5 went to pizza hut for the buffet thinking it was an actual pizza hut buffet. But it was not. They kept bringing out the same 4 pizzas every time. Cheese, pepperoni, pepperoni with mushrooms, and pepperoni and sausage. They also only had bread sticks, cinnamon sticks, Alfredo pasta, and pizza sauce for dipping. Nothing else. I remember pizza hut buffet to have a salad bar and other dessert items also but not at this place. The food was good but because the restaurant had a lot of customers everyone kept having to wait on the buffet to have food put back on it. Then it was literally a fight to get there and get more. Customers walked out because of the buffet not having food on it. The service was not good because there was literally one lady waiting on the whole restaurant. When you would ask for something she would tell you just a minute I'm going around the room checking on tables ill be right there. In the meantime there was a lady that kept standing behind the register to cash customers out but very rarely moved. Also a couple of cooks. Never once did anyone come out from doing there jobs to help the waitress in the dinning room waiting on tables. My family will never go back because it was literally a joke, no food present when you wanted it, no service present when you needed it, and not what we...

Wish I would have read the reviews before placing our order. Hubby wanted to try a different pizza place than the other two big brand places we usually order from. It had been quite awhile since we had Pizza Hut so we decided to give them another chance. Never again! We ordered the big box deal; two pizzas, wings, and bread sticks. I got a text saying it would be delivered in twenty five minutes. Forty minutes later I got a text saying my order was canceled. I called them. The lady on the phone kept apologizing saying she didn't know and needed to ask someone and kept putting me on hold. She finally came back on and said that my order was not canceled and was on the way. When we finally got it another twenty minutes later (mind you we live five minutes from their store) the entire order was terrible! Everything was cold. The pizzas were doughy, the six scrawny wings were soggy, the breadsticks limp. There are three adults in my home; hubby, my mom, and myself. We can usually finish off at least one pizza. Not this time. We each ate (or rather took a bite of) one slice and the rest of the entire big box was thrown out. Our dogs wouldn't even eat any of it. An expensive $45.00 terrible waste of food.
