HORRIBLE!!!! I moved out of state and decided to go thru the legal way of renting out my home instead of doing it the free, easy way that a lot of people do. so i paid the numerous fees for permits, inspections and landlord classes. THEY decided to make an arbitrary appointment for my inspection and snail mailed it but because i live out of town or the mail errors i never got their notice. instead of calling, texting, emailing me they sent a 50$ notice to me. When i called to discuss this matter they said its their prerogative to make appointments and they CAN waive the fee but they are choosing not to because they said i should have called weekly to see when they made my appointment! seriously?? what happened to customer satisfaction? What i love about Kohls and Trader Joes is they dont haggle over every dime and make it a great experience to return or if you have a concern. If i am paying almost 9000$ in property taxes a year,,i think i am a customer!!!! Move somewhere like West Dundee or Sleepy Hollow where they actually care about you as...

I recently had a tree cut down on our parkway that was affecting the safety of people walking on our street. I wasn't sure who to direct this to to commend your tree cutting crew. The men were so professional and friendly and came back today to grind the stump. This tree had been a problem for a long time and being seniors we did not have the money to do it ourselves. I originally called 311 to let the city know there was a big branch that had split and could have been hazardous to people walking. Within only 2 days a crew came out and said the tree needed to come down. Thank you so much for hiring the competent and friendly people to do this hard work. They did a great job and they were excellent!!! Please let them know. I appreciate the fact that you acted so quickly avoiding a hazardous situation.

Not a walkable place. I took my car to be serviced at a local dealership. I decided to walk to a nearby restaurant for breakfast. I made it some of the way, then the sidewalk ended. After breakfast I thought I would go to a nearby nature area. Nope, no safe way to get there on foot. There was a traffic light to cross Randall Road, but ZERO crosswalks. What is sad is this would have taken me into a residential area. How can you have a residential area but no safe way to get to the businesses in the area.
