They keep their reptile in horrible condition I've made reports to cooperate at least 6 times over the last year and they still keep them in these horrible conditions. Their corporate office doesn't care and neither do the store employees. You couldn't pay me enough to abuse them animal like Petco does I've even sent in photo evidence they still don't care. Go up there right now and look at the piebald ball python if it not already dead. Or the extremely overweight boa that wasn't like that when they first got it. The boa is the same on the have that extremely overweight now which will cause disease and death in snakes( they say they care and it's top priority in their reply) that's funny because I've been reporting it for over a year over 5 reports and it's still the same stuff I've reported and the same people working their. It's even on file I sat on the phone for over and hour telling them the proper husbandry and they still didn't do anything to fix it. Y'all care and will handle it but I guarantee in a few weeks I'll post another picture with their humidity at 20-30% and their animals in horrible condition. If it's top priority why has it taken over a year and multiple complaints to corporate and it's still happening it sounds good but nothing will change and all thetime I've put into trying to help them poor animals the least they could have done is fix it but no that never happened no discount for my time wasted nothing. Read moreNot thrilled with this location but don’t have much choice since it’s the only one in the area. Experienced multiple issues while buying our dog’s fresh food. One time we placed an order for pickup and the food was left out and thawed so it couldn’t be sold to us (which is fine) but they had no stock left and didn’t provide any options for us aside from a refund. Went in recently and there was a bag of food marked down for quick sale with 75% off. Get to the register and the manager said that we don’t want it since it was past the “best by” date. This is frozen food so it’s good as long as it stays from frozen. We stated we did want it and he completed the override and kind of threw up his hands like “whatever”. We had already checked the date and knew why it was marked down. If it wasn’t meant to be sold then why was it in the case? Again, it’s a frozen item, it stays good as long as it’s not thawed. We understand they don’t want people to complain if their dog gets sick, but we were aware of the date and just didn’t appreciate the reaction. Read moreI just recently started shopping this store. All of my experiences thus far have been overwhelmingly very positive. The staff there is very helpful super friendly knowledgeable and we'll go out of their way to assist you. On my most recent visit I was assisted by Autumn and another young lady. I am sorry I forgot her name. I must say their service and helpfulness was unbelievable. The store was extremely busy with a line of customers. They not only managed to assist everyone but took their time to answer questions and go out of their way to make sure everyone had everything they needed. I was truly impressed with the service that they provided that day. I'm also truly impressed with the service that the entire staff provides at this location. I am hooked and I plan to keep visiting the store. It is not often that you can visit a big box store and find a staff that truly cares about their customers.
