I made an online order for a total of 4 foot long subs. One ham and cheese with lettuce and cheese only NOT TOASTED, 2 ham and cheese with lettuce and cheese TOASTED, and a Philly steak and cheese sub TOASTED. The three subs I requested to be toasted was not toasted at all. I called the restaurant and and asked for a manager. Then I kindly told the manager what happened, with the mindset everybody makes mistakes. After I was finished stating my issue they hung up on me. So, I called back. When the manager answered again I repeated what happened, the manager then asked me if we ate the subs. I informed the manager that we did NOT. She then instructed me to bring the subs we received back up there and they will toast them for me. I told her I did not have an issue bringing them back up there, but because the subs have mayo on them for health reasons I prefer them to remake fresh subs for only the subs I originally wanted toasted. The manager then stated they don't remake orders for customers then hung up again. When I tried to call back a third time nobody would answer. This is very poor service, I would understand if I was rude, or if I was using vulgar language, or something in that nature, but I was extremely polite through the entire interaction. Because of my experience and their policy of not remaking orders when the orders are made incorrctly I would extremely consider going to either another location or different sub shop...

All that was said to me is the guy asking me “is that all?” With an attitude and when I just had to transfer the funds onto my card he seemed very impatient and irritated like he would rather be somewhere else, I get you might not like your job that’s anywhere but no one forces you to work there.
