Store is nice and well stocked but probably because the sales associates can't be bothered to make a sale. Absolutely the worst customer service I think I've ever experienced. Not one of the two women working asked if I needed help even though I was only one of two customers in the store at the time. I approached the counter to make my purchase and the woman behind the register barely made eye contact. She scanned the bag for sale, then a Spanish speaking customer asked her something so she walked away to help her instead of finishing my transaction. I went in looking for a bag I wanted so bad. There were only 2 left, and the manager Katy made sure it was mine. She was so helpful and personal with me that we shared a real moment. I appreciate her help and thanked her. I told her I wanted to tell the manager how great she was, and it turned out she was the manager, lol. She made sure I git the best discount allowed and gave me some shopping tips. I am so in love with my new bag. I can't wait to wear it.
