My experience here was breathtaking, and I was treated like royalty. I first came here for a necklace with the pendant as a tribute to my grandparents. I went home, looked at my pendant. I was loaded with gratitude, when I saw his masterpiece on my neck. A month later, my mothers birthday came and I thought how would I celebrate her. I thought about Insta-wood and I return to the Jerseygardens location. I was greeted with the same royal treatment, and I bought an epic legendary wood frame of me, my mother, and my little sister. I was given a gift bag and lots of gratitude by the owner and employees. After, I gave the gift to my mother and drove off home. My mother called me And told me that was the best gift you ever got in her life. My mother said she started crying and it was tears of joy. Be aware of scam by Tati Shachar . I ask/ purchased 2 pictures and the price she gave me $120(60 each) . She took my card and gave it to her partner who went next door to Aqua massage and scanned my card. While he swiped my card he says to me “I know your from out our town cause your so nice.” While another lady from the massage place keeps distracting me. They charged my card $191. I went back to get the extra $60 they took and she refused to give me my money back. The receipt they gave me(sent to my email) clearly states 3 at $60 each and I only purchased and asked for 2 and the price she verbally gave me was $129 so contacted my bank for fraudulent charges and am in the process of reporting both companies socially and BBB all for $60. Not only is the product incredible but the staff is extremely friendly and willing to help in any way possible! I was beyond satisfied with the work (10 out of 10 by far )that I have used them multiple times and plan to keep ordering directly from them exclusively! I have sent family and friends to work with them because of there impeccable eye for detail and how professional and outstanding the staff is they all came back to me with raving reviews about product and experience ...
