I ordered 2 pairs of shoes online for my brother for Christmas on November 28th. I paid 5 dollars for them to be shipped. 3 weeks later the shoes still haven't arrived. I called on the Friday before Christmas because my product had not arrived. When I called they were sold out on one of the shoes that I ordered. They promised to overnight the shoes which would mean arrival on either Saturday or Monday at the worst. Its now Friday December 28th and I still don't have these shoes. This is ridiculous! Just bought few items. I am disappointed. They shipped them in FedEx bag no protection just the item stuffed directly into the envelop and it took 3 weeks to get to the destination. When you wash them they wrinkle, and even if you try to iron them it’s not great.
