I recently had the misfortune of dealing with this company during a the most difficult time of our life's , and I regret to say that my experience was utterly disappointing and stressful. While I understand that funeral services can be emotional and challenging, I expect a certain level of professionalism, empathy, and transparency from the companies that provide these services.
Unfortunately, they fell short in several critical areas. Firstly, their communication was abysmal. Despite numerous phone calls and emails, they failed to respond promptly or keep me informed about the progress of the services I had requested. This lack of communication led to unnecessary anxiety and uncertainty during an already difficult time.
Furthermore, they neglected to provide the necessary paperwork, which caused significant delays and complications. When I inquired about the missing documents, they seemed evasive and uncooperative, leaving me to wonder if they were intentionally withholding information to avoid fulfilling their obligations.
What's more, they attempted to cut corners and avoid paying for services that were explicitly promised. They resorted to technical loopholes and fine print to justify their refusal to cover certain expenses, which added insult to injury during an already emotional time.
One of the most egregious issues was their failure to disclose limitations in their services. Specifically, they did not clearly state that they do not offer body transfer services to other cities. This omission led to additional stress and financial burdens as I had to scramble to find alternative arrangements.
In conclusion, I strongly advise against using repatriacion Latina for your funeral services. Soy cliente activo de Repatriación Latina, confiando en sus servicios desde 2021. Lamentablemente, la tragedia ocurrió el 30 de abril, el día en que perdí a mi hijo. Inmediatamente, contacté a Repatriación Latina para organizar los procedimientos necesarios. Actualmente resido en New York, así que solicité el transporte del cuerpo de mi hijo de Pennsylvania a Nueva York. Sin embargo, lo consideraron imposible, ofreciendo solo la cremación en Pennsylvania. Esta respuesta negativa me pareció ilógica, especialmente considerando su capacidad para organizar transporte internacional. Ayer tuvimos su funeral y aún esta compañía no había contactado ni dado ninguna información a la funeraria. Y aún no me han mandado nada a mi correo ni el dinero $1000 q dijeron q mandarían, no me han contestado nada.

Stay away from this company! I've been a paying customer of Repatriación Latina, relying on their services since 2021. Unfortunately, tragedy struck on April 30th the day I lost my son. Immediately, I contacted them to arrange the necessary procedures. Living in NY, I requested transportation of my son's body from Pennsylvania to NY. However, they claimed it impossible, only offering cremation in Pennsylvania. This refusal seemed illogical, especially considering their ability to arrange international transportation. Despite this difficult circumstance, the company's response was disappointing. For four days, they communicated solely through WhatsApp and texting and talking with multiple people who didn’t even lived here and who provided little assistance and foggy and unclear information, dwelling on irrelevant matters instead of addressing urgent issues going over the same questions and with no answers. Their lack of proactive support even prompted the funeral home to question their legitimacy due to sketchy and unclear procedures. Despite my request, they failed to send any documentation via email.
Dealing with this ordeal has been incredibly frustrating, and I wouldn't wish it upon anyone. Please read the fine print and make sure you switch companies, there are many options out there with more clear interactions and information.
