Now I usually go to Clark to get my nails done where they charge the same price, in a luxurious setting. Excellent Customer service and beautiful salon! I saw this salon on instagram and decided to give them a visit since I live nearby. Big mistake!! Salon is raggedy, customer service is terrible, nail work was mediocre (see attached photo - two different shapes and sizes; middle fingers). They charged me $70 for a full set with no colored polish or designs. I kept it simple and liked the acrylic color she put on so I only put clear on top of it. That took her a whole 2 hours! I went in on 5/29 at 10AM and walked out at 12PM!! Look at the cameras! Unheard of! She kept stopping to talk on her phone, text, voice note, gossip with her coworkers about her boss and a 10% discount and other nonsense, and EVEN to shop for bras from a woman that came in with a luggage full of bras that the nail tech requested her to come in!!! Stopped in the middle of doing my nails to shop for bras!!!! I went in for a full set and pedicure and left with only a full set because the unprofessionalism was beyond!! Why are you playing with peoples time and meter money!! Very unprofessional, ragged salon and mediocre work. Do not go! Save yourself the disappointment. I left like all was good and even tipped her, but I was pissed! Still am pissed because I hate establishments like this and unprofessional people. Do better!! Staff needs serious training and salon needs major updating. And while I don't speak Spanish, I understand it perfectly. Stop playing with peoples...
Read moreI’m genuinely shocked at the price I paid for the service I received. I booked a dipping powder manicure and a gel pedicure, and somehow ended up paying $150. That’s the kind of pricing I’d expect at a luxury spa, not at a place offering an entirely average experience on Elizabeth Ave. The nail technician was nice, but kindness alone doesn’t justify being overcharged. While the manicure came out nicely, the pedicure was honestly terrible. The salon itself wasn’t particularly clean or upscale either, which only added to the disappointment. I’m not someone who typically leaves negative reviews, but if I’m paying top-tier prices, I expect top-tier service, and this just wasn’t it. I left feeling more taken advantage of than taken care of. It’s incredibly frustrating to spend that much money and walk away underwhelmed. Yes, being nice matters but so do professionalism, cleanliness, and fair pricing, especially when you’re charging a premium. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning, and I can’t, in good conscience, recommend this...
Read moreoverpriced salon. $45 just for a refill and on top of that i got overcharged on my credit card. My total was $57 and my credit card got charged $62. I'm assuming they added the tip after i tipped cash- I find this extremely unprofessional on behalf of the salon. There are a ton of nail salons walking distance that charge $45 for a brand new full set! I also asked for coffin shaped nails and the lady proceeded to just leave them square as is. The salon itself is very cute but after my experience I will not be returning. There are no prices on the big screens that display services so make sure to always ask beforehand. Overall very disappointed and not...
