My sister & I have enjoyed shopping @ Jeminley for several years now. Debbie, her family & staff are the nicest people you could ever do business with & always offer a friendly, welcoming environment. I have made purchases in the Glendale & Elizabethtown store, online & @ the events they have been set up at. I’ve purchased many things for myself as well as gifts, & exchanged things. In each of these settings & situations I have been met with top notch, business professionalism. They frequently offer great sales & fun events for their customers. They have a wonderful ministry for giving & just last December they purchased & gave away Christmas trees for donations & sponsored a huge fundraising event for flood victims. Jeminley is my go to local boutique. Not only do they have a great selection of clothes and gifts but they have the sweetest staff. It’s like shopping with friends every time. Debbie does an excellent job of keeping her prices competitive which you can easily see by comparing the same products at other places online. Their wide range of sizes cater to all. Go see them! Update - as is true with most negative reviews in the midst of overwhelmingly positive ones, those reflect on the reviewers. Not the business. While you can’t please everyone, I can truly say Jeminley does their utmost to do so. It’s discouraging when keyboard warriors try to bring a business down instead of just doing business elsewhere. Sadly, this is one local business I will no longer support. Their customer service is terrible! Not only are the employees giving out wrong information and messing up orders, the owner - Debbie - will not return my calls or contact me in any way to resolve the issues I've had with her team. They have my merchandise AND my money and refuse to give back either of them.
