We had a complete issue with our time at Target over some milk. I purchased some milk on 9/15/2020 at 8:24 pm at one of the self checkouts. Being my fault I forgot the milk at the store. I called the store once I got home and informed them I left the milk there. They did see it and was very nice about it and actually joked with me about it. I was told all we needed to do was bring our receipt into the store the next day and they would get us a gallon of milk out of the cooler. When my girlfriend went into the store the next day with the receipt, a lady at the customer service desk was very rude to her and told her that she needed the card along with the receipt to verify that it was correct. When she came home and told me this I called the store and was told on the phone that wasn't correct that all she did need was the receipt showing the purchase. In all of this my girlfriend wasted an hour worth of gas and drive time going to the store and back to the house with no milk. When I got off work we drove 30 mins back to the store and went in the store to get the milk, a young brought up a gallon of milk and said it was the only one that was left, it was dented on the side and seemed like no big deal. When we got it home the bottom of the bag was filled with milk where the jug had been leaking the whole time. I called again and spoke to Jose the manager on duty at the time after speaking with him in the store. He refunded the milk back to me, but after 2 trips to the store and back so 2 hours worth of driving back and forth we still didn't...

I recently shopped at the Target in Elizabethtown, KY, and while the store itself is clean, well-organized, and has a good selection of products, my experience was marred by a rude encounter at the self-checkout. I had a minor issue with scanning an item and politely asked for assistance from the nearby employee. Unfortunately, they seemed irritated by my request, responded curtly, and acted as though I was an inconvenience. Their attitude was dismissive, and they didn't provide the friendly, helpful service I typically expect from Target. Very rude to my 7 year old daughter who was trying to pay for her 2 items with the help of myself her dad.
I understand everyone has off days, but customer service is important, especially when you're already trying to handle things yourself at self-checkout. This experience definitely soured my visit, and I hope management takes steps to improve the staff’s attitude in these situations. The store itself is nice, but the rude interaction really took away from what could have been a...
Read moreWould leave zero stars if I could. Case # 181928982 after investigation issues where not resolved. The investigation stated items never arrived then stated the weight where correct. Still missing half my order. 200 dollars(50%) for cardboard two cable a clip and instructions. No headphones present. Guess you get what you pay for when you buy half off at target. Depleted people to speak too. Target WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, but don't trust consumer to be honest when a mistake is made somewhere prior to arrival. Tried telling me I never received package then tells me oh it weighs out. Beats package is heavy empty. Missing headphones. No resolution just out 200$ of the states money for a boy from the state in my care. (He had budgeted for these headphones for entertainment / hobby and career purposes.) Didn't even offer store credit to buy other items he may need. Trust after this , I wish I boycotted target after the last security breech that sold out tons of our the consumer personal information.... Unbelievable. Don't waste...
