Kroger Pharmacy — Local services in Elizabethtown

It is not surprising that this pharmacy location is so poorly rated in the reviews. It's as if they take every opportunity to be as rude as possible to the customer. The app times out before you complete your order and when you call the pharmacy to confirm, they simply don't care. There is obviously a problem with the ownership and management of this location. Even the pharmacists don't seem to care.

This pharmacy has systemic problems. They are chronically late in filling prescriptions and take no responsibility for their failure to provide the service promised. I drive 40 miles round trip to pick up my prescriptions and should be able to rely on on their promises. However, even after receiving text messages that my prescriptions are ready, they frequently are not and I am required to make a second and sometimes even a third trip to get them. We're not talking about shoes here… these medications are critically important. If they are unable to fill the prescriptions in a timely manner, they should not assume that responsibility. Do yourself a favor and take the time to read the reviews before entrusting your prescriptions to this Kroger...

Every month when I go to this pharmacy to fill pain meds. I’m treating like I’m a junkie. Show up when they open ( because when I started going here for pain meds I was told to call as soon as they open ) and get told they’ll be ready 6 hours later but if you get another med filled it’s 15/20 mins. Every time. It’s always the chic with her hair dyed different color.

And again. Called at opening to pain meds. Was told be ready by 12:30pm. Get here at 1:30. Still not ready was told another 30 minutes. Come back an hr later was told after 6. They will treat you like a junkie if you have pain scripts. Called manager of store. And filled a complaint again....

Called in an asked if they had at home covid tests, which they did not understandable. When I asked the quesiton, "Do you know anyone around town that has them", the answer I got, in a very sarcastic manner was, "I don't work for anyone else." We live in a relatively small town, and people hear things about other businesses that might have what they don't. Small town courtesy does not apply to these jackwagons.
