Goodwill - Elk River — Local services in Elk River

All was smooth except the bathroom door opens out towards people and hit my fathers shoulder and wrist he lost feeling in his thumb I don't know why they would have it open towards all the people walking it could have been easily put to open into the bathroom instead. My father can handle pain but what if this happened and it was a little kid it could have broke his wrist or his nose. Overall this is the only thing I can think of as a major issue side note the workers need to start saying I'm behind you or say coming through fairly loud my sister almost backed up as a worker plowed through with a clothing rack and me being in a wheelchair the didn't exactly make sure that no one was behind them I'm roughly the height oh a 7 year old and I'm sure if I hadn't yelled behind you she would have certainly backed into me. Most kids do this and don't say excuse me or coming through our behind you they except that people see them I think there's a meeting that should take place to remind workers to look before the back up and make sure customers know when there coming through so no one back up or run into them. Extremely upset with the service we received during donating today! We sat in a line with 4 cars for 50min waiting to Donate 3 bags and called to ask if someone could let us in as it was 15min after the car In front of us went in. The lady was extremely rude and hung up on us before we could even say anything! Several cars behind us left and one pulled around several times after leaving the line. Extremely poor service! Who sells used clothes without a dressing room?

Gross DONT GO HERE! This place is terrible. The staff if not helpful or friendly. And their return policy is trash considering there isn’t a dressing room. What a freaking joke.

Lol so apparently no goodwills in mn have dressing rooms anymore. You can’t return only exchange. And they must have the original tags still on from the store.
