Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Elk River

My husband,daughter and I stopped for some drinks today close to 4pm. We weren’t sure what we wanted right away and took a moment to decide.During our order we watched as the cashier who was waiting on us roll her eyes and widen them irritably when placing our orders into the register as we stated our individual drinks.Now I do get it,retail and food service isn’t for the weak.She may have just been having a bad day,dealt with rude people or a huge rush before we visited.I worked it for nearly 10 years so we make a point to be kind and courteous,but she was unnecessarily irritated and short with us regardless.Our order was ready promptly moments later,which we appreciate and we left.We LOVE our Caribou,it is the only one near us and never had issues with this store.I hope the management at this particular Caribou is doing what they can to take care of and check on their employees because I know work is work,most of us don’t have a many options,however none of them seemed...

I went to this location multiple times while in the area. The staff were not unfriendly but they certainly didn't seem like they enjoyed their jobs. No one smiled when greeting you and just kind of went through the motions, except for one time but I never caught her name. Horrible service what a joke waited over 10 minutes to get my one order 3 people came behind me one of the employees has to ask he coworker if she was getting the in house orders and said oh I didn't see it. She could clearly see us standing there and waiting. and the other customers they got their order before me and was in insulted by the worker asking if I wanted a free bakery item.
