Horrible costumer service! We bought a light that was in box and sealed got home to find out it was a complete different light. We tried to return it the same day and were told we couldnt so we said ok and continued to shop around 30 minutes later the manager JENNIFER walked up to us and kicked us out of the store causing a huge scene wouldn't let us make any purchases as we had well over 100$ worth of x mas presents in our cart JENNIFER WAS RUDE AND LOUDLY TELLING US TO LEAVE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STORE!! Never have i felt so bad for a person her job must be extremely stressful to cause her to lash out on two honest costumers that shop there at least once a week. I think JUSTIN THE STORE DIRICTOR SHOULD GIVE HER A PERMANENT VACATION SO SHE CAN EASE HER MIND AND RELAX A BIT... AND SARA THE STORE MANAGER HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE ENTIRE SITUATION UNTIL I ASKED FOR THE NUMBER OF THE STORE DIRICTOR BUT BEFORE I WAS GIVEN THE NUMBER SARA WENT TO HER CUBICLE AND CALLED AHEAD OF ME TO FILL HIM WITH A BUNCH OF LIES AND MADE UP STATMENTS BECAUSE SHE HAD NO KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT HAPPENED OR IS HAPPENING SO LONG STORY SHORT IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE A THIEF AND A LIER THIS STORE IS THE PLACE FOR YOU I PERSONALLY WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN...

Love this store. We closed on our house at the end of July & needed furniture. We have found occasional chairs for our lower level rec room, high end chairs for our living room; all at reasonable prices. I have also gotten clothing with original tags that came from Nordstrom's. I was able to purchase Calphalon pots & pans at ridiculously low prices. A fun place to shop!!

6.5 months after closing on our new home & this is my absolute favorite thrift store in town!! I am here at least once or twice a week. The best day for me to find new items is Monday. Shhhhh. Don't tell anyone! Lol. My latest find was 12 settings of Villeroy and Boch china in the New Wave pattern. My husband had seen them before I did and knew they were coming home! Lol. Seriously, these were brand new with original retail store codes on them. They are still in stock at Bloomingdale's. I would have paid $2,500 retail. I did pay up for them but still made out...

I love to shop here(elk River location) and for the most part try and donate all my items here. I brought a truck load of items today and said hi to the guy receiving and his response was a crabby “yeah”. So I began to unload and he was so angry about taking stuff. He told me he wouldn’t take anything in a box or a bin which isn’t their policy and they have boxes and bins. So I left the items he refused to take and left. My mother in law was behind me with a load and this guy started to complain to her about me. At no point was I rude to him like he was. So I called the store to report it and was told by the manager she’d have him “fake it till he makes it because he’s having a bad day”. While i understand bad days no one wants to receive an angry greeting and be refused something they’re supposed to take.
