Wingstop — Restaurant in Elk River

Parking is a nightmare. They are a few spots, shared with another business. There is one way in and out, and the lot is too small to navigate easily.

Service was OK, at first. I was greeted right way and order taken. As my order was being taken, two teenage boy employees were throwing clothes pins across the front from behind the counter. They were trying to make it into a food container that was on the (what I assume was) the to go food shelf. Several times, the clothes pins bounced into the lobby around customers. It took over a half hour to get the order. The drink station was out of many of the very few selections. It was dirty, and employees would go over to fill a cup and ignore the mess.

I spent over $60 (to go), and the food was horrible. The fries were limp and soggy, so over seasoned that the bottom of the tray had a thick layer of seasoning. We actually took a strainer, dumped the fries in and shook a ton of seasoning off of them in attemp to make them edible. The wings were not great. We had a total of 6 different seasonings. We could not figure out what was what. Nothing was labeled, the flavors were not distinct, all the wings were put into a couple containers when though I puchased 4 different meals, they didn't match.

With all the hype and excitement, I expected something amazing. We will not be returning. I suggest to the owner that if they want to survive here, they get some adults in there and get the teenage employees either out or...

Im a firm believer in second chances and thirds sometimes but here I have yet another incorrect order. Wings taste fine. Kinda hard to screw that up but my last 3 delivery orders... ordered all flats and paid the extra 2 or so dollars for that, got mostly drums, again. One of the times I got 2 large tubs of ranch instead of one and most people wouldnt complain but I got to pay the bill. With delivery its almost 40 dollars for 15 incorrect wings and ranch. Okay. Going back to the tome before the delivers I called to pick me order up. Sat on hold for 10 minutes and got hung up on, called again and waited for several minutes for some kid to answer the phone and that was a trial only ro come home with the wrong order. Id call a manager but id probably get some 18 yesr old kid who has zero idea of how to be a manager. Not worth the visit! Looking for wings, tenders, or quite literally anything else go to BDubs. Waited over 30 minutes for my food to be ready, then I realized they missed half my order and rung me up completely wrong. Had to go back in as they gave me tenders when I specifically had stated boneless wings. The young man at the counter didn’t seem as if he were trained properly. No labels on any of my items, so I didn’t know what items were what. The young workers were messing around even when there were customers waiting. It shows that there was not a single person of leadership there and if there was, it shows that they were in on the inappropriate behavior for a food service establishment.
