Iām heartbroken to say I had a terrible experience at the Pandora store in Emeryville. I came in to exchange my promise ringāsomething deeply meaningful and emotional for meābecause it was too big. What should have been a joyful and memorable moment turned into something stressful and upsetting. The woman who seemed to be the store manager was cold, dismissive, and made me feel like a burden for wanting to find a ring that truly felt right. Staff is cold and standoffish, they don't engage with you, and they almost make you feel bad asking them to show you a tray. They wont even put the trays on the counter so you have to check out the merch through glass. I assumed my first visit was a fluke because the store was a little busy, but on my recent trip the store was not busy and I had the same poor service.
