I’m heartbroken to say I had a terrible experience at the Pandora store in Emeryville. I came in to exchange my promise ring—something deeply meaningful and emotional for me—because it was too big. What should have been a joyful and memorable moment turned into something stressful and upsetting. The woman who seemed to be the store manager was cold, dismissive, and made me feel like a burden for wanting to find a ring that truly felt right. Her attitude completely took away from what should have been a special experience. I've been to this store twice and both times customer service was awful. Staff is cold and standoffish, they don't engage with you, and they almost make you feel bad asking them to show you a tray. They wont even put the trays on the counter so you have to check out the merch through glass. I assumed my first visit was a fluke because the store was a little busy, but on my recent trip the store was not busy and I had the same poor service.

I went many times to the Pandora Emeryville to clean my bracelet and chain and they always say the same answer. We don't have time for it, come next time. I keep coming and I get the same answer.
