Awful 1st experience with this new location. 1 of 3 Sales Associates were pleasant when I asked questions, and I purchased glasses & a blouses. The blouse was too small so I went back to your store, stood in line to speak to the Sales Associate at the register. I advised the blouse was too small, I asked if the was a bigger size, and she ignored my question. This Sales Associate barely looked at me’ and pretended to process the refund without acknowledging my questions, but my credit card company advised there was no SUCCESSFUL refund processed at all. The same Sales Associate handed me this fake stapled receipt without acknowledging there was an error made so no refund for me, huh?
It felt very much like 🗣️Racial Bias! I will not be returning to demand my refund but DISPUTING the charge! Some minority practice racism better than ws.
