I am on par with the reviewer who mentioned placing an order in 2020 and never receiving his merchandise. The same thing has happened to me!! I placed an order in December 2021. They took the payment out of my account the very next day and told me my order was being processed, but no estimated delivery date. In January 2022 I contacted them for an update. They said my items would be shipped in April 2022. I never received anything. I contacted them again in June 2022 and July 2022, but never got any response whatsoever. Now it has been a full year where they have taken my money, never shipped me a product, and never even replied to my inquiries. And yet Shlomo (who is also the person I've been attempting to correspond with) said on the other gentleman's post that their company does "not take orders, not fulfill them and keep the money, Our reputation of 37 years is better than that." Really? Because you did the same thing to me that you did to this gentleman. I no longer even want the item, I just want my money back! But of course, if you call you immediately get directed to a generic voice mail, and history has proven that writing to them does nothing. I guess my next step is to report them to the...

On November 23rd 2020 i ordered and paid 8 china decorative pieces. Since then no items were sent. I asked for the reimbursement and got no answer. I advice everyone to be careful with this vendor so you won't be cheated like I was.
