Very terrible and painful experience. When I arrived, I was placed in a big open room with about 15 other chairs with no privacy. I was the only one there in the open space and there was only one other customer in a room in the back of the spa. The spa attendant working on me friendly, but I can't believe he had any experience in giving a massage. He had to be faking it!! While he called himself massaging me, he was running back and forth answering the phones and attending to new customers walking in. The spa area was very noisy and unwelcoming. After 30 minutes into a 60 massage, I complained that I was having a bad experience and wanted to stop the massage. I felt like I was in the twilight zone. He apologized and gave me some ridiculous excuses. He urged me to come back and he would do better. In the meantime, he anxiously took my money for the 30 minutes and asked me how much I wanted to tip. Unbelievable! I did pay him, but I don't know why I did. I would never go back. The next morning, I could hardly move my neck. I wanted to go back to the spa and have the spa attendant arrested. BUYER BE AWARE...

I became a customer of the owner Michael dating back to 2015 when he opened a massage facility in Middlesex, NJ and I faithfully followed him to his current location in Englewood. NJ. I have been in 7 car accidents in over a 20 year span and a great candidate for spinal surgery. I have been going to this shop for over 3yrs for at least one day a week sometimes 2. I have arthritis in my lower back. I’ve never seen a roach or any other insect for that matter. I’ve never encountered any inappropriate behavior, as a matter a fact they couldn’t be any nicer to me. Their prices are much more affordable than a lot of the other places and they do an amazing job. I’ve recommended them to my family, and friends and they’ve all had a great experience.
