My parents had been customers here and I've read good reviews about this place as I was searching to find someone to repair my presidential Rolex, however I found the opposite after having it repaired.

After a month of the initial walk-in I finally got back my watch only to have a Horrible experience with two errors in the repair.

1. After picking it up the first time I noticed the date # looked significantly smaller, I brought it up only to be initially doubted by the woman who assisting me in the transaction and was told it would cost more to have larger numbers replaced and she insisted nothing was changed. (I had the crystal and an overhaul done). I suggested that maybe the cyclops lens incorrect and not the standard size. So the women took the watch back after calling the repairman to confirm. It then took another week since the service isn't done in house and dropped off in NY.

2. I picked it up early this week and found that the watch no longer worked after sitting for a day and need to be winded again. After winding it, the Rolex no longer worked.

I dropped it off again and finally have my watch back after a month. Don't think I'll continue my business here as this should have been picked up from their side of expertise. Poor experience on this...

In February I received a loan against my Rolex from here. He offered me a very fair loan considering the watch's movement needs to be repaired. I needed some more time on the loan so I went in today which I thought was the last day I had to pay the interest and receive a new ticket. The two ladies there were very friendly to me and told me not to worry that the owner makes every effort to work with you so you don't lose your item due to a hardship and told me to just call them if a situation occurs. I'm glad I brought my watch here and I would recommend them if you need a loan and want a fair offer on your item and be treated with courtesy....
