After a difficult grooming experience elsewhere, I was very hesitant to try a new groomer. The store may be new, but the grooming staff has years of experience — and they were absolutely amazing! Qinlu took the time to make sure both Bluey and I felt completely comfortable. He went in and came out a happy pup, and even got to enjoy his favorite treat (chicken chips!) before and after his session.
