I was reading some of the reviews and I’m wondering what instructors were there at the time. Just in the first lesson my 17m old started to enjoy the water thanks to the instructor. As she was the youngest there at the time she had daddy and the instructor all to herself. The pool area was so hot that I thought I was back in the Caribbean! Each instructor I saw had maximum of 2 kids only and they were great with the kids. Encouraging at times and patient with the less enthusiastic. I like their approach of no tears so kids can really fall in love with swimming. My baby definitely enjoyed the toys they used to lure her into relaxing, plus the songs are just too cute. The best part is that it’s not as expensive as other places I checked out prior with maximum of 6 kids...
Read moreThe water is too cold for younger kids, definitely not 89 degrees like they advertise. My 2 year olds teeth were chattering 5 minutes into the lesson and we had to take her out of the water because her lips were blue. We bought a 3mm wet suit just for her to be able to finish the class, which was another $40 on top of the $300 we already paid for the classes.
The instructors and staff don't really seem that interested in being there themselves and energy levels are lower to say the least. I wouldn't recommend this for toddlers, babies, or any child under 4...

I left, & returned unexpectedly to overhear the manager talking about me, I'm inexperienced and may never try this again because of this.. embarrassing. What hurt MOST, was to catch the manager talking about me to a young trainer...There is much regret. Don't do what I did. Pay more money, get...
