First let me start off by saying that I all most left verizon because the first store that set up my business account lied to me and didn't get me all the promos that I was promised. account has been messed up since day 1 and still is a year later. But these awesome rock star ladies at the englewood office has been completely AMAZING. I mean from the moment I stepped foot into the store, I was welcomely greeted with smiles and loud enthusiastic hellos. Autumn promptly tried to access my account but her tablet gave her some problems so, instead of sending me on my way she said call customer service and I'll have them upgrade you that way. I love how she was solution oriented and didn't just hit me with the " I'm sorry, there's nothing I can do" line. while Autumn and customer service were setting up my upgrade, Kyra was asking about my day and why I wanted to upgrade and when I told her the space was running out too fast she effortlessly gave me her professional opinion and I went from upgrading to the iphone 12 mini 64gb to the iphone 12 mini 128gb. These young ladies are the real deal and take pride in taking care of their customers. I will never go to any other verizon. Read moreThe NIGHTMARE started with trying to save money by switching to Consumer Cellular. We were offered 3 lines for $55.00 monthly and 5G. Sounded good, however, we were eventually told that 2 of our 3 phones needed replaced due to incompatibility with Consumer Cellular.
We went to a Verizon store in Englewood, Ohio to get my mother's phone up and running. Your employee, Lindsi Fisher, transferred all of my 96yr old mother's pictures, texts, messages etcetera to mom's new phone, Samsung A15. At mom's age, ANY change is difficult for her to grasp, but our Verizon account was closed. Lindsi was professional, knowledgeable, understanding, kind.
Two days later we were in Huber Heights with Chris, a Target Consumer Cellular Representative, trying to get my phone transferred over, we had been on my husband's phone trying to get service to mine. I was told I needed to purchase a new phone!!! That ended our tolerance with Consumer Cellular and their poor service. They just want you to buy a phone thru them.
Needless to say, we went across the street in Huber Heights, Ohio and established an account to go back with Verizon through that store manager, Mitch, who made us as offer that we couldn't refuse. Through him and his associate, Victor, our service is restored and working.
