Staff seemed annoyed that we were there to check in when we first arrived. We booked through a third party and selected to pay at the motel, but instead of asking for a payment method or which members of our group would be paying for what room, they started just charging a card on file with the third party which we had not intended to use. We reserved three rooms for my family that travelled into town, and all three had broken toilet paper holders, flies buzzing around, cigarette burns through the blankets and reeked of smoke despite being non-smoking rooms. The room my grandparents were in has obviously had the door kicked in before, as the doorframe is fairly broken and the door plate is just screwed back onto it. It was difficult for them to open most of the time. My mom’s room had a leaking air conditioner as well, so there was a big puddle of water next to the bed. There weren’t enough towels in the rooms initially (especially after addressing the AC puddle so no one would slip), so when we went to the office to ask for more, we were told we’d have to go around the complex and try to find the housekeeper ourselves because they “had nothing there”. The employee promptly went out front to smoke while we tried to figure out who the housekeeper was and where we could find them. The keycards to all three rooms stopped working at some point before our stay was over, despite being nowhere near cellphones or anything that could affect them, and the office once again seemed very annoyed to interact with us at all. There is no noise control, so people clearly use this as a spot to party - we had people wandering around outside around 2am yelling without management stepping out and saying anything. My cousin already left a review about how the partiers also tried to enter their room through their adjoining door in the middle of the night; this definitely doesn’t feel like a safe location. Read moreWorst staff ever. We have been staying by the week and just pouring money to these people and when I asked for a blanket, they told me no. In fact everything I've said to them has been no. If it wasn't for the pet stay Ida left long time ago. The 2 Indian people who clean are super nice. And the maintenance guy is great.One day it was pouring rain and I rode my bike to the mc d 's next door and when I got back I realized I locked my key in the room. Now before I go any farther we have been here for months looking for an apartment. We are still here. The asst mgr who at the time lied and said she was the mgr wouldn't give me a key cause my wife checked us in the room and although they have seen me everyday she sent me out in the rain and threatened to have me removed. So I rode my bike over 10 miles in the rain and I'm almost 300lbs and smoke by the way, to my wife's work and had her take me to the hotel and let me in. The only reason we are here is for our dogs and that's it. Do not waste your time or money. But if you do make sure everyone's name is on the room so you don't get thrown out in the rain. Well we had to cone back. Been here 3 wks so far..about 70$ more ask this time. 285 first wk. 2nd week tried to raise the rates to 315$ I broke down crying cause I only had 296. That left me 10$ to eat on this week. So he made it 300 and made me come back with the four I owed him. Same thing happened to us this week. He said next week will be 370' so after this week we have to leave. I thought this place under a new under made a good first impression. But it's getting so bad. They forget that we are the CUSTOMER. Read moreChecked in late in the evening ,Carpet reeked of dog per, blankets smelled like dog. Toilet backed up and overflowed,soaking my clothes and towels. Called lobby and was told they'd give new room. Meanwhile, my kids had to pee and I got to clean overflowing toilet mess repeatedly. With my own supplies, I fixed that issue because by now, my kids and husband were asleep. We woke up next morning with bug bites. I was told the toilet was flushing just fine- yes, because I fixed it AND used my own supplies! Was told there were no bugs. Really? I'll provide anyone with pictures of our bites!
Were given free night stay for the inconvenience,but when I called to book another night,I was told they only had a Jacuzzi room left and it cost nearly double, no other rooms available. Called with different number, changed my voice and inquired about room availability. Was told there were plenty rooms, so I let receptionist know who I was, she said they had cancellations. I told her I knew this was a lie, so she told me that the manager ( Dorian, the same person who gave us the free night stay after letting me stand in the lobby like some lying bum for over half an hour) had put us on the "do not rent list". So,basically, I was given a free night which was taken away immediately. Just a way to get rid of us, knowing that they were lying. There's a lot more to this,but not enough room for detail. They take cash and post as credit card payment with someone else's name. I will take this to court, still have card from Manager promising free room. Since it wasn't honored and she lied, I want our money back. Not expecting you guys to pay for the plumbing services I provided nor the difference I now had to pay to stay at another motel.
