If I could give 0 stars I would! I had a vintage 14k gold diamond watch that was my mothers, I needed to have a link put back in. The beginning of March they sent it to Chicago. I never received a phone call after 8 weeks so I stopped by the store. They had NO idea where my watch was? Panicked, and in tears, they promised to find out the next where my watch was. No tracking, Chicago sent it to New Jersey because it was a Hamilton watch and it being vintage. Again no tracking, no phone call! The repair shop in New Jersey, which was the Hamilton watch company, apparently couldn't put the link in either? New Jersey was suppose to send it back to Kay's rush delivery by FedEx. No tracking!
