My family visited the Englewood location tonight for dinner. We typically visit the Huber Heights location but decided to try the Englewood location tonight. The reasons I vote three out of five stars are:
The music was too loud which meant that I could not hear the table conversation very well.
Half of my chicken wings were over cooked. This meant that the meat was dry and burnt.
The BWW app: It does not matter which location you visit, the server will tell you the same story which I will elaborate on below.
Our server was nice and kept our drinks topped off - no complaints there. The appetizer was good and the other half of my meal was fine. Unfortunately the other half which I noted above was over cooked.
The BWW app: Why are the BWW employees asking for phone numbers when customers can use the app to scan the receipt?
Your employees are telling customers, no matter which location they visit, "we do not get credit when you use the app, which is why we ask for phone number so that we can get credit." So what is the point in using the app if you are making customers feel like they are forced to give out their phone number?
Your phone number gets written down on your receipt by your server. Which then gets left to lay out somewhere. Which means that other employees and customers can see your phone number. Which then could possibly result in your information being given out without your express consent. If I wanted to give you my phone number, I would had given it to you.
So what's the point in using the app if your employees are instead asking for your phone number? I am not alone when I say that I would rather not give out my phone number. I get enough robo-calls and...
Read moreSo we're from Ohio but not this area, we came down to Dayton for the night and decided to go to here for dinner, we'll it took about 10 minutes for even someone to come take our drink order and even acknowledge that we were there. We then also decided to order, I got a " plain chicken sandwich," and my mom got a southern chicken sandwich with potato wedges. Well the drinks came out 8 minutes later, and the food took about 25 minutes, I got my chicken sandwich and looked to see if it was plain and it was not, it had sauce everywhere and pickles all on the bottom. Well turns out that it was the southern chicken sandwich. But it had fries and not potato wedges so we got a new chicken sandwich. And it took about another 15 minutes to come out. And when it came and I started eating it I found a decent size bone right inside the sandwich. Then finally our appetizer came out and the tator tots were rock hard, almost un eatable. Then my dad's food came out and it was decent at best. And at that point we were there for almost 1.5 hours so we were ready to leave. We just asked for the bill and didn't even care about the southern chicken. We asked for the bill and waited, and waited, and watched our server start handing out drinks to other people, and just look at us waiting. She didn't even care. After a little she gave us the bill, we gave her our card to pay with. And then of course the southern chicken sandwich comes out. AT THE WORST TIME POSSIBLE. anyways we got the bill and left we didn't even care anymore. Definetly won't be...
Read moreEnglewood, Ohio location..Only our 2nd visit here first time chicken sandwich was raw in middle and bad service. So, When we got there this time, place was pretty much empty of people. Only one full table of 2 families and their kids. Server was with them. A Big Trash can in middle of room smelled like a dirty baby diaper. Smell was everywhere😬. 2 other tables in middle of room unclean & full of trash, floor really dirty. Our food was served on metal pans with paper liners. The few Cold fries and tough chewy burgers was disappointing enough. Then that huge stinky trash can was placed by our table😤The smell was really bad. (We had to ask to have smelly can moved away🤢) The servers are only worried about their tips! Not the customer here. Just, Chatting and pointing. Not good for the business. Then,The Servers Always asking the customer when paying with cash # if they want any change back from their money.!?! That's rude... When paying for our burgers & thin drinks a $48.00 meal. Handed waiter a 100.00 bill.. and the question from the waiter was "DO YO WANT YOUR CHANGE BACK.." 😳😳 Really a 52.00 tip for dry burgers, cold fries.. Husband waited so long for the server he had to get our own drinks due to waiter not around to ask.. Really rude bad service... BWW You need to fix that question with your employees..#! Tips are not decided by your employees.. That's a customers choice.. Very...
