When I open an internet account and home phone over 3 years ago I had a credit freeze on my TransUnion Equifax accounts and I didn't have to do anything. So these people opened internet and landline accounts without doing a credit check. 3 years my payments weren't late on time. January 1st of this year I had to shut the internet off for until April 2nd and they open the new account up with no credit check and no cash out of pocket Dave and put me on the brand new service AT&t Air which is absolute garbage,AND it doesn't support a landline telephone. Not having the phone number for online verification of accounts I am locked out of my Microsoft email and my Google gmail which is taking me out of every account I have on the internet. I went to this location yesterday and I was going to buy a cell phone so I can get my number back. Do I set an appointment for about an hour talking to customer service trying to set all that up. So you're telling me that it's all set up and my number is reserved and all that stuff and I go in the store and now this customer service supervisor is telling me that they can't process the phone order because I have credit freeze on my transunion and Equifax accounts. She assured me and Damon one of the sales versions here at this location does she had this all taken care of and all I had to do was get a temporary lift on my credit protection long enough for them to run the credit check through there. So I left and it took me about 3 hours to get ahold of all those people and take care of that business and when I called back to finish making the order no one can find anything about any of this. I spent 2 hours at the store and 3 hours getting the freeze lifted on my credit protection and then three more hours trying to get the transaction finished and I had to get up this morning and do it all again.I drive all the way out to the store again which is quite a ways away and start it all over again so I get in touch with another supervisor who runs me through all this stuff again and you got the number one second she's got it secured in the next minute she doesn't and finally come down to because of my credit they weren't going to be able to process this order and give me my number back so I can get back to normal you know unless I paid a $120 deposit. Here I am thinking that they're going to give me a good discount after all the lying and nonsense of gone through and the damage this endeavor has done to my life, and they know I'm a disabled veteran barely making it as it is. But instead they're holding my telephone number Ransom and I don't have the money to pay them and I shouldn't have to pay anyways because of the way these people have treated me and done me and drove me all over town had me doing all this stuff that they didn't even use. I am a disabled veteran on a fixed income and I can't afford any surprises like this I had seven people and two supervisors waste hours of my time each time I called. Lying to me and the salesman at the store about what they had done and we're going to do. And then hours on the phone again last night 3 hours and with the same result a bunch of empty promises all the way up to closing time where they just hung up and went home. AT&t order centers with people that barely speak or understand English handling these affairs . I would not recommend this place to someone I don't like after this disasterpeace. Unless you've got so much money you can afford to throw it away. And you've got hours and hours to waste dealing with people that are so poorly trained, you better avoid this place like a l leper colony. I just got an email. I can't believe send me an email asking for a review of their customer service. What is the expect me to say at this point?

I do not recommend going in the store for any type of assistance or help in upgrading or purchasing phones or tablets. I was in their store on April 29th 2025 to upgrade my daughter's phone and my son's tablet for their birthdays and I had to pay off the remaining balance on both in order to upgrade. I received my bill yesterday and it was over $140 more than my previous monthly bill. It turns out the person at the AT&t store that assisted me did not upgrade my son's tablet, instead they open new line for 30 plus dollars a month in order to receive commission. They also signed me up for some type of extra insurance for 40 plus dollars a month even though I already had insurance in order to receive commission. They also signed me up for next up for 30 plus dollars a month which is a program to upgrade your phone that I never asked for in order to receive commission. Bottom line do not go into this at&t store. They will rip you off and add things to your bill that you did not sign up for in order to receive commission. I found out about them receiving commissions on everything extra they signed me up for after I called and spoke to someone at AT&t. I have filed a complaint against this store for their practices and my bill was reduced by over 100 dollars after I called. Do not get scammed by this at&t store.

Do not take your business here. I went into the N Main Street store to get a new screen protector put on my phone and I received the most horrible customer service. When I told Josh M (the person helping me) that I had a warranty on my screen protector he told me that he could not help me since I didn’t have my receipt to check the brand of screen protector. After explaining that I had purchased the screen protector out-of-state and the receipt had been left out-of-state due to a COVID-19 evacuation, I had to ask if they had a record of purchases on my account. I was then told by Josh that he had not had luck pulling up receipts in the past. I asked him if he could check, which he finally did, but with reluctance. Josh was UNWILLING to help me. After he found the purchase history (with the help of a coworker), he saw that I did, in fact, have a warranty on the product through the AT&T stores. He asked me when my purchase was made, to which I responded “Sometime at the beginning of February” for him to respond “Well, I only see a purchase from January 28.” At this point, I’m fuming and frustrated. Then Josh goes to the back of the store and is out of sight for nearly 10 minutes even though he had already had the screen protector to put on my phone. There was another worker there that said that the man helping me was a new trainee, but then he corrects himself and says “Well actually he’s not really new” which was just confusing and unnecessary. A few minutes later the worker was talking to a customer on the phone and was getting frustrated with the customer and starting to raise his voice. He puts the client on hold and then I hear him go to the back of the store and yell that someone else needs to go help the customer. Unprofessional. When Josh finally returns, he brings who I could only assume is his supervisor (though he’s not doing much) and they fiddle on the computer before Josh puts the screen protector on. Josh then poorly installs the new screen protector. It is crooked and it’s bubbling. Completely off center. I’m going to have to fix it myself. While he’s installing it, he’s breathing heavily over it with no mask on and touching it with hands ungloved in the middle of a pandemic. He asked if he could email the receipt, but I asked for a printed copy. He told me that he shouldn’t because of COVID (even though he just breathed on my phone and touched it for several minutes) but then printed the receipt anyway. Completely unprofessional and rude. Do not take your...

Salley went above and beyond in customer service! I have never seen any other employee anywhere who was so expert and delighted in saving me money. My 2 daughters and I went in to upgrade a cell phone. We walked out with a great deal on an upgrade for my daughter and so much more! I have been with AT&T many years and have never been asked what my occupation was. She reviewed my current plan and asked me that question. When I told her I was a nurse, there so many saving options she went over. She took delight in saving me money! Love, love love the experience, even shared the info with other nurses. Just amazing! Thanks too for the Apple Watch as I've never had one and I look forward to using that. Any medical professional that doesn’t know about first net, go to this location and find out. I wish Salley would be at that store forever but I can totally understand why she has been promoted and I'm very excited for her. I have never been to the Englewood location before and now will never go anywhere else. My 2 daughters and I started out at another location 10 minutes away. We we entered that store, our presence was not even acknowledged. I overheard a young man that was assisting 2 senior ladies say “you will need to go on-line to find those answers “. One of the ladies said she didn’t go on-line. As an employee in the store, he should have been able to answer any questions related to cell phones or have been able to get the answers. My parents would probably be in the same age group as the two ladies were. My mother never got online. I have tried to show my dad and he just can’t get it. So this young man should never have assumed that these ladies did. After a bit he came to us, and the same exact phone that we got at the Englewood location was quoted $600 more at the first location. They did not even have it in stock and try to sell my daughter a different phone. I always assumed that all AT&T stores were the same and that you would get the same deal any place. That is not the case! In addition, as I read the reviews posted under the Englewood location, they seem to reference other stores other than the Englewood location. There are people who only put their time in and there are people like Salley and the other staff at Englewood who take pride in their job and want to do the very best for you. Just an...
